Such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere with live music Thursdays! We sat in the lounge and the bartender was awesome. I got the delicious sonoma pinot noir and the eggplant dish.

Really great experience dining here last evening for the first time! Great service and fantastic Italian cuisine! The mushroom ravioli was one of the best stuffed pastas I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to go back!

My first time to this very cozy and authentic looking traditional, Italian Trattoria/restaurant… Great atmosphere with the stone interior and the lighting is perfect. We were snuggled into a booth like area and the three of us were able to speak semi privately, but yet we were not in the middle of a noisy restaurant like most here in Palm Springs. So I love the atmosphere.

The food was really delicious, but unfortunately, the waiter although he tried was not the most experienced. I asked for my dressing to be put on the side and it came mixed together. It was not a heavy dressing, but I would’ve preferred lighter mixture but Taste was incredible! I tried to get answers on whether the cannoli was made with mascarpone or ricotta, and the waiter had no idea what I was talking about because he was not familiar with Italian cuisine, especially desserts… He came back and said something about orange flavoring. I really think when you hire servers, they should really know more about the food that they serve.

The lasagna was delicious and it was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The double cappuccino that I end up having was over the top good. I love, strong coffee, especially after a meal.

I wasn’t able to find out whether the cuisine was from northern Italy or southern Italy and I asked several times. This restaurant has tremendous potential of being a first rate restaurant, but the servers need to know more about the food On the menu.

Our best Italian restaurant experience! Live entertainment, freshly made pasta, and wonderful service. Dawn was our server and was a sweetheart. Crab cakes were delicious. Lasagna was to die for… highly recommend x 100!!

Our group of four went here for the first time this past Sunday evening and all of us loved it. Very old-school Palm Springs vibe, with excellent service from fun, thoroughly professional staff. The food was exceptional as were the deserts – most made in-house. Good wine selection and well-made cocktails. If it weren’t perfect enough, a lovely lady called Angie Whitney played soft jazz with a light touch on keyboards and a lovely, gentle voice. Cipolline is obviously run by professional restaurateurs who carefully hire great staff who make patrons feel welcomed and appreciated. GO!

The lasagna was absolutely phenomenal, paired perfectly with their exquisite Mezcal Negroni. And let’s talk about dessert—the cheesecake was divine! Not to mention, their bread was simply unforgettable. Every bite was a delight!

Marcus & Carina provided amazing service the bar and all their recommendations were spot on. The food and drink were both amazing. Best Lasagna I have had in recent memory. Will be back!

I found this location online to dine in while I was in town for work — and thought it was a quintessential, quality Italian restaurant. The host was friendly and welcoming, and my server was attentive and kind. This place is a little bit further away from the main activities of downtown Palm Springs, but I think it was worth the short Uber ride for a tasty and authentic meal.

First time here. We were a group of four. This is an old fashioned authentic Italian restaurant. Wide selection of upscale and unique dishes as well as the old standbys. We came on a Wednesday and we were disappointed that the server had to come back to the table to let us know that two of the four orders we placed were unavailable. (They are closed Monday and Tuesday). The dishes we did have were excellent and beautifully presented. I had the vichyissoise as an appetizer which was delicious. They make all their pasta in-house. The Osso Buco was enough to share and beautiful. Onsite parking is easy. You are sure to find something that speaks to you.

Pretty disappointing this time. Ravioli small portion. Lasagna mushy. Caesar salads weren’t really Caesar salads. We had to ask to place our orders. Lamp kept shutting off, a replacement never came. Took a while to clear the table. Checks just appeared. We were asked if we wanted coffee or dessert. The place was crowded, hopefully other diners got better food and service.
