The service here is what impressed me the most. The waitress who took care of us kept checking in on us and made sure our waters was full and asked if we wanted any more drinks. I had the lasagna and it was pretty good. Might be a little heavy on the oil but still tasty. The pizzeta was great and would recommend as a appetizer.

Pizza is ok. I ordered 2 plain pies picked it up and it was $44. Wow. Noway this place should be charging $22 for a plain pie. They charge you like it’s a brick oven pizzeria and Dave Portnoy gave them a 9. Something rating. Totally not worth it and I don’t see them being in business for much longer charging those prices for cheese sauce and doe. So many better pizzerias with better prices.

Like the dining area, where you can sit down (we came through the wrong door, but a worker was gracious, pleasant, and professional enough to allow us to go through another door that leads to the take out area); like the take out area, where you pick up your order.
Loved the pizza, wasn’t too doughy, didn’t make you feel miserable; the sauce was on point; the cheese and pepperoni was good quality.

Great spot! Pizza is good, and they make everything fresh to order. They also built a brand new dining area for more guests! Can’t wait to come again when they have their liquor license and the place is really rocking!

If my food wasn’t good, the review would be 1 star. For a $235 dinner at a glorified pizza place, your service better be perfect and it was anything but. Hey Vince, let the young woman do something because her service was much better than yours. Also, they seated a couple next to us WITH A DOG. If I’m at a sit down restaurant spending way too much on pasta I do not want a dog in a stroller a foot away from my meal.

Walked in because I didn’t want to make lunch at home and I was in the are. I took home a grandma’s pizza and not only did it look delicious, it tastes amazing! I have been to almost all the pizza shops in this area. Cioffi’s is right now the only place I will be getting pizza from next time I’m around. The service I received was also very welcoming. The two men in the front were very pleasant and that’s to me very important when someone is serving my food. I highly recommend Cioffi’s in Union for a delicious made pizza.

I discovered this place because my boss holds some of his lunch meetings here and I must say from the service to the food, a 5 star experience! I usually go for the chicken scarparello. Parking available in the back and food comes out fairly quick.

Ordered an entree of shrimp scampi for $20. Received 7 pieces of shrimp with no pasta. Called the restaurant thinking this was a mistake. They told me that I would’ve had to order a side of pasta if I wanted it. Not worth their prices.

I ordered two slices of pizza with sausage and peppers and onions. One slice was full of peppers and onions and the other was full of sausage. I bought it to the cashiers attention and she was very abrasive and short. Told me the slices were ok. Threw my slices back in the bag and walked away. Been going to Cioffis for years never received this treatment.

I have been coming here since the year I was born in 1979. It is always exceptional and you are treated like you are part of the family. I moved out of state 15 years ago and my kids never had the opportunity to experience a true Jersey Italian meal . The first thing we did from the airport was take the kids to lunch at Cioffi’s. I can remember our visits there as a child like they were yesterday. We were part of the family and it still feels that way today. Needless to say, the kids loved their meals and so did we.
