Walked in because I didn’t want to make lunch at home and I was in the are. I took home a grandma’s pizza and not only did it look delicious, it tastes amazing! I have been to almost all the pizza shops in this area. Cioffi’s is right now the only place I will be getting pizza from next time I’m around. The service I received was also very welcoming. The two men in the front were very pleasant and that’s to me very important when someone is serving my food. I highly recommend Cioffi’s in Union for a delicious made pizza.

Horrible experience. I was referred to this restaurant and was told that it was top notch. Extremely disappointed to find out that was not the case. I traveled out of my way and received the wrong order. Didn’t find out till I got home, and although my order was remade for me, the stuff was unapologetic. Definitely need to take a class in customer service 101. I understand mistakes happen, but saying I’m sorry to the costumer should rank number 1. Eat at your own risk.

Today is Friday January 27 ,2023 at 5:17pm and I just received my order from Cioffis and it’s horrible!!! We asked for the order to be sealed to ensure the food was fresh and untampered with and it came in a box with nothing sealed. Which means anyone could open the food and do whatever they wanted to it. And we are supposed to eat it in today’s society with viruses going around. I called and spoke to the Manager and he hung up on me. At first I thought it was a mistake but when no one called me back I knew that he had hung up. This was my 2nd time giving this restaurant a chance as this has happened in the past. I will seek to report them as well to the Board of Health because it is not safe. I paid close to $90 in food and there was no way to seal it per my request?? NEVER AGAIN and I am telling everyone I know not to support your establishment as well. Look at this picture. Simply disgusting regard for customer safety and satisfaction.

Decent place. Good service. Veal was a little tough to cut and the sauce was a little watery. Flavor was OK. Fabulous pappardelle, fresh and super tasty! Bread is right out of the oven too.

I don’t eat hear often… Probably 4-5 times in the past 20 years but I have to say that all but 1 time was everything perfect. The one time that was not so perfect (with a takeout order), they made it right and with no complaints. Everyone makes mistakes, especially when you’re busy. The Zuppe Di Pesce is fantastic, as is the Eggplant Rollatini.

This Pizza was excellent I enjoyed it.. and will go back, I especially like that the crust was thin and when you bit into it it crunched it’s been a long time since I had a pie that cracked when you fold it the service was excellent very friendly and attentive the decor was nice as well.it was early so I believe that’s why it was not crowded they also have a takeout side.

10/10!! Today i had a baby shower here for my sister in law … I was so happy with the service and food. Angela helped me out the whole party, she was the biggest sweetheart and really enjoyed helping us. She was working alone and accommodated us in every way possible. If you are planning to host a party here….do it and ASK for ANGELA!
