I have ordered from Cinnaholic once before, through UberEats, and those rolls were absolutely incredible. However, in my last order, one of the rolls I received was so doughy I couldn’t eat it (photo attached) which was incredibly disappointing when I was expecting a roll that was probably going to push me over into a sugar coma (and I was at peace with that). I tried reaching out to this location, to let them know about said depressing roll, but I only got voicemail on both attempts.

Cinnaholic is a cinnamon bun chain with multiple locations around the US. This location is set in a newer shopping center right in Vineyard in the movie theater parking lot. Parking here is easy since there’s tons of space for all the other businesses. Inside they have about a half dozen tables. Their menu is pretty basic, cinnamon buns with all sorts of toppings. They get sloppy quickly, since they get overloaded with toppings (which isn’t necessarily a bad thing for some people) making them very sweet with all kinds of sugary toppings. Pricing is ok since you get the box filled, but I just wish I could taste the cinnamon bun instead of just a soup of frosting. The staff was ok, not really that friendly when we entered, but also had airpods in listening to music while they worked. Overall it’s an ok spot and these are best eaten between 2 people.

Unbelievable experience. The young fellow with the glass who worked the closing shift let us come in to get some cinnamon rolls for the first time. He actually lets us eat them there under a soft lit table setting a mood for our first experience. What a guy and the rolls were great.

I wanted to like this place but ended up disappointed for a few reasons. First off the pricing….+$7.50 for a gourmet flavor with all different toppings and +$5.50 for just a plain cinnamon roll. 6 rolls was close to $50!
I probably would have been fine with the pricing but no way did I fee like the quality was there to justify the pricing. I don’t know if the cinnamon rolls were supposed to be served hot but we had to wait for about 15 minutes for some of them to cook. Then they immediately frosted them. Which caused the frosting to run right off the roll. I also felt like the roll itself was undercooked and doughy. Maybe because it was so hot and didn’t have time to set. I would have preferred a “warm” roll with frosting on top and not running all over the box.
Finally really really sweet! Overly sweet IMO. This is probably a one and one visit for me!

The cinnamon rolls are great! There’s Cinnamon rolls are VEGAN but you would never guess. Plenty of frosting, hot, flavorful, and soft. At $5.25 for the cheapest cinnamon roll, they aren’t the most cost effective breakfast but they are well worth the price tag. They have a huge variety of different treats and rolls too like cookie dough and apple pie. The staff were friendly and fast. Great new place to try out!

The cinnamon rolls were very yummy. They were $5-$7 a piece. The ones I got were not very fresh. By the time I got them home the icing had slid off of the cinnamon rolls. I got them for a birthday gift. They were not very pleasing to look at. They tasted okay. Not anything fabulous for what I paid for them.

These cinnamon rolls are TASTY, and not just for breakfast. My family went together and each chose a different flavorful treat to sample. Everyone can find something they will love here. The employees were knowledgeable and helpful providing fast service for our big order.

Fun little joint with delicious cinnamon roll options. The workers were very kind and quick. We ordered and received our order pretty quickly. We went for a birthday treat, and as my daughter said it was a “really REALLY tasty restaurant!” We ordered the Raspberry Lemonade and the Biscof Buddy- good choices if you don’t know what to get.

If I could give a place more stars, I would. First, the rolls are incredible. We’ve probably been like 30 times to this store over the last year, its almost weekly that we go, and we have taken our friends a ton too. The rolls are all vegan, so its incredibly easy to find something that fits most peoples diets. Second, did I mention incredible rolls??? Our favorites have been, the Old Skool, Flufffernutter, the Biscoff Buddy, the Smores, and the Raspberry Lemonade. Honorable mention to the Very Berry (Berrylicious?) and any variation with Pumpkin in it. I love it, reccomend it all the time, and think everyone should try this place out. You won’t be disappointed. Warm, gorgeous cinnamon rolls with tons of toppings that make yoy feel like you’re in heaven.
