Unique spot for gourmet cinnamon rolls. We ordered the original cinnamon roll, which came out nice and hot, with fresh icing on it. There are a lot of different combinations that you can get. They have a lot of ways that you can create your own. Also be on the lookout for their daily specials during the week. Super friendly service from the employee working there. We learned about this place because it was on Shark Tank/Food Network. We will definitely be back to try there signature rolls soon!

Fun place with super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was very happy to find out that not only if you have dairy allergies you are safe to come here but it’s vegan as well. I decided to go because I heard that they had a vegan cinnamon roll so I expected to have at least one choice. I found out everything was vegan and I could choose from everything they had. I happily danced and got very excited because they have a good selection. They can also help with catering and special occasions as well(just give them a notice before hand. I think she said 24 hr noice ). Prices are not bad for the quality and quantity that you get. They even have a take home and bake vegan cookie dough. This is a special treat spot you should try!

So thankful for this establishment and the fact that my daughter can order anything off the menu without questioning it. Staff were extremely kind, restrooms were impeccably clean, and food was amazing. We will definitely 10 out of 10 be coming back!

Me and my family had a wonderful time at the aquarium and lunch and decided on dessert.. we had never tried this place before and my mom’s favorite dessert is cinnamon rolls so we decided to try it. We walked in and were greeted and then ignored until we got to the counter. When we got up to the counter my grandfather ordered a separate order at the cashier for half a dozen plain cinnamon rolls. After he placed that order I walked over after clearly stating our orders would be separate and began to order a customizable cinnamon roll. Shortly after me and my mom ordered what we needed as well as my sister, I check to see that our transactions are seperate..this is when the cashier woman decides to tell us that it will have to be all together because the first transaction wasn’t paid for so my grandfather ended up paying for all of us. Then we were I formed it would be about a fifteen minute wait for the six cinnamon rolls and an additional 8 for our individual rolls. As we were waiting they served the pre-made cinnamon rolls that could’ve been served to us to the couple who came in well after us. And the worst part of this whole experience was the customer service skills that were nowhere to be seen with the woman who helped us. She was constantly sighing at us seemingly frustrated that we didnt know what we wanted. I saw her roll her eyes at us multiple times as we checked our food when it came out and asked any questions about the place. Also they were very unprepared with their ingredients which caused people to start to pile up inside the store. Lastly the cinnamon rolls are very sweet and can only take a few bites before you have to stop but the presentation was awful and it looked like slop on top of a cinnamon roll.. I was expecting these rolls to atleast be somewhat similar to the displays considering that is what they advertise. Overall more disappointed then excited about this place and probably won’t come back unless they get some staff who actually know what they are doing.

This was our first time here at this location. And the rolls are awesome, and that’s pretty much it.
As for the customer service well we aren’t going there for that, so I’ll just leave it here.
The atmosphere is clean and neat, but from the previous paragraph it does affect the atmosphere.
Oh well, there are plenty of other places that not only offer sweets but are sweet with their attitudes.
UPDATE: My wife wanted to come back, and when we did It made up for the first experience. We met the owner, and he was awesome! Although he didn’t have to; he treated us for some of the desserts that he sells. We were going to buy but we took him up on his generous offer.
We were absolutely shocked.

the costumer service and organization is lacking. The women who took our order seemed annoyed at the fact that we were ordering, and the establishment was very under prepared to take orders. Then made someone elses order before ours. When we finally got our order, we went to check it to make sure we had everything. She proceeded to roll her eyes and shake her head while walking away. Not to mention the cinnamon rolls where poorly put together, and the icing was so Melted we couldn’t even eat them on the way home. Costumer service is too important for an establishment to be acting like that.

I want to give a special shout-out to Philipe, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about the menu, and took the time to walk me through all the delicious options. You can tell he really cares about creating a great experience for customers. Nice little dessert shop! Visiting family for the holidays and we decided to stop by here after dinner. SO many options for toppings! The Bananas Foster cinnamon roll was great, as well as the strawberry cheese cake one. They also have cookie dough desserts!
