Cinnabon never disappoints. The smell of the freshly baked cinnamon rolls always pulls me in. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the customer service is genuinely great. I’m literally in labor and sent my husband all the way here from lake stevens to get my kids cinnamon rolls for Christmas morning. The case was full of rolls and they wouldn’t sell him ONE?!!!!! But they would sell a little cup that won’t feed anyone. Then when he was checking out and it wouldn’t allow him not to tip for the horrible service. I’m pissed he gave any money to this establishment. I will never return and be sure to tell everyone I know what a shitty location this is. Way to make Christmas special! NOT. Hopefully this location goes out of business.

Always fresh and never old cinnamon rolls. The bite size ones are excellent. They are always creating new buns. If you want to wait, you can usually get a fresh out of the oven Cinnabon. The price is not great but the taste is worth it. It is located at the North end of the mall. It’s by the Starbucks.

It was a time for me to go shop for winter clothing, so I visited Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood. In the middle of shopping, I was a bit hungry and looked for a place inside the mall to grab a small bite. As I’ve already tried almost all the places in the food court area, I looked for something new elsewhere.
That’s Cinnabon! I never knew till now that Cinnabon actually exists in the mall. It is located nearby the lego store and old Sears building. As the Sears got shut down, the area around the old Sears seemed a bit slower than it used to be. But that’s where you can find the Cinnabon inside the mall anyway.
Although it was a bit difficult to locate the store, it has been well managed by following the State’s safety protocol. The store is very clean with friendly staff greeting customers!
I ordered a box of BonBites that comes with 4 small cinnamon rolls. The staff also asked whether I’d want the rolls to heat up in an oven, and of course, I said “Yes.” BonBites were sweet and delicious.

This location uses a deceptive tipping screen: even if you select 0%, you are still charged 10%. A handwritten “0%” label was placed over the 10% option, and when I pointed it out, they removed the label. This was misleading, and I’m reporting it to Cinnabon customer service.

I bought the ‘center of the roll’ cup, don’t bother its a rip off. Its nothing more than a cup of scraps with new sauce poured over top. Center of the roll? Bull puckies! Rip off of the roll is more like it. The scraps were stale and a total waste of money. Cinna-lie

I just got home and actually am so disappointed. This is was what I opened from Cinnabon today.
The person behind the counter flipped my cinnabites and didn’t fix it. Was totally happy handing them to me.
They frosted the cinnamon rolls to soon after getting out of the oven so the frosting melted. As pictured.
I was like thats okay. It’s my birthday on Xmas. This is a special treat. I’m so excited. I can’t wait to have one. I don’t care if the cinnamon roll is small and needs extra frosting.
But yeah. I’m upset I tip them because the people working behind the counter make more an hour at Alderwood then a daycare worker in my town.
I’ll update this review if it taste bad.
Highly disappointed. Won’t be going back. I almost feel like I was treated differently because of the way I was dressed. I didn’t look like I should be at Alderwood Mall.
