The service from their staff has been terrible lately. We went to celebrate my birthday, and the waitress took our order, but 25 minutes passed, and another waiter came over and told us that the waitress had forgotten to send the order to the kitchen. They made us wait another 25 minutes before the food finally arrived. The waitress never apologized. My husband asked her why she hadn’t placed the order, and she shamelessly said she had forgotten. What should have been a celebration ended up being a bad experience, and to top it all off, we didn’t even eat our food because I was so upset about the wait, and my baby was already fussy from waiting so long.

The Cinnabar is one of our favorite spots at Snowbasin. Staff has always been friendly and great.

We tend to stick with the more casual food options as we have kids with us. Our kids LOVE the hot chocolate and the pizza. The fries are great although a bit salty (just ask them to go light on the salt).

We really liked the nachos and the huge pretzel with beer cheese (skip the duck fat – just do beer cheese). The quesadilla is good, but it has some big pepper & onion chunks which were too much for our picky kids.

We love to visit the Cinnabar frequently; however, we avoid it when it’s busy.

Well worth it! Amazing cocktails, their mezcal margarita is divine. We got the truffle fries and I was not disappointed! Can’t wait to come back on my next ski day.

Celiac warning! The food was delicious, our waitress was phenomenal, but they had a dish marked as gluten free on the menu and it came out with fried onions on top of it. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until a few bites in because I assumed it was safe since it was marked as such. They did take the dish back, made a new one, and removed it from my bill so great customer service, just be sure to double check the meal when it arrives if you are celiac! My kiddos and spouse also really enjoyed their food, so overall a tasty spot!

Cinnabar is so boujee. For the same price as the cafeteria, you can eat good here. It’s my favorite option at Snowbasin. Located inside Earl’s Lodge, it’s gorgeous. There are fireplaces, golden chandeliers and delicious drinks. Salads great. The kids pizza was disgusting, like cardboard. Y’all need healthier kid’s meal options not dipped in grease. Besides that, it’s nice. Overall 85% Nice place to grab a drink on the mountain. Try the winter mule. Improve the menu

Our family dined here for lunch yesterday. We ordered three of the appetizers to share: Sticky Pork Ribs, Truffle Fries and the Crispy Brussels Sprouts. The fries and sprouts were very good, but the ribs were overdone, chewy/grisly and not very palatable. Additionally we ordered the Chicken and Biscuit sandwiches and the Shepherds Pie. The sandwiches were just okay and the pie was way too salty. I can see why the restaurant doesn’t get 4+ stars consistently…I would rate the food about 3.5, but what bumps it up to 4 was the customer service we received from Kristin. Although she was very busy, she was friendly and helpful and just a great addition to our experience. The kitchen needs to perform better if they want better reviews. I would recommend the bourbon cocktail, it was very tasty and went down smooth.

Been here a few times with friends. After an energetic and tiring day on the slopes at Snowbasin.

Love this place.

If you want fast service (vast food hall and busy waiters), this is not the place. If you want Michelin grade food, this is not the place.

If you want scrumptious and filling appetizers, main dishes, desserts and booze, coupled with a rocking or just rolling band/singer…then this is the place!

Careful, long drive out of the mountain. Don’t get carried away at Cinnabar…because you definitely can!

Thanks Cinnabar! Will be back. ✌

Staff straight sucks!!! Hostess took 10 mins just to seat us when there were only three tables taken in the whole place. We eventually had to end up seating our selves and grab menus. She then came over to our table which was clean but still not set up yet and whipped the table and left it soaking, had to use my own napkin to dry it. Not to mention the same food runner came and brought us our food twice and kept asking where to put the plates with our table full of apps and waited and looked at us like we were supposed to clear the dishes from the table for her when she was more then capable of holding the food with one hand and taking or moving around plates with the other. Will not be coming back and will not be recommending to anyone. Do better snowbasin.

The drinks are great and the food is adequate, but the staff is ill-suited for large groups. Our group of 10 waited for our checks for over an hour after we were done eating. None of the amounts were correct, but we paid them anyway because we had already lost valuable ski time. I love Snowbasin, but I will probably be packing my own lunch next time.
