CinKuni is a total vibe! The fusion of Italian and Japanese flavors is executed flawlessly. The yellowfin carpaccio was a standout—it literally melted on my tongue.
A huge shout out to the sushi chef for the incredible precision, and kudos to John (aka Juan) for providing such attentive and excellent service.
On the kitchen side, the salmon miso plate was on another level, and the sausage pizza tasted like it was handmade by ama herself in Sicily. Highly recommend!

I saw Matthew’s video on TikTok and had to come check it out. My expectations were shot through the roof! Service was absolutely amazing with the waitresses joking along the whole way. The Gnocchi was by far the best gnocchi I have ever tried. They also have a great playlist to jam along to while you wait for your food. Definitely a 10/10 experience and can not wait to come back to try more. Fun little surprise, it was also trivia night!

Super fun watching one piece while enjoying sushi and pizza at the same time! Got the piccolo and spicy sausage pizzas, for the sushi we got the Naomi Osaka, master roshi and sanji rolls plus the Godzilla ramen. All very tasty and very attentive waiter. Noticed they have trivia night and plan to come back for it

Came for the Thursday night stand up comedy, stayed for the umami Flatbread.
My boyfriend who I have made come to the crafts and comedy nights a few times was blown away by the sushi rolls [I think he had the Sanji?]
They have a lounge area in the front is a nice spot to meet up with friends.
My favorite of all time (pictured here but with bad lighting and a piece missing because I could not contain myself) is their Umami Flatbread.
I wasn’t sure was to expect from asian italian fusion or a flatbread with a miso paste as the “sauce base” but holy moly WHAT A GAME CHANGER.
Absolutely amazing, great flavors and textures, the gorgonzola adds the right flavor depth and is balanced put nicely with the acidity of the tomatoes. All of the textures are exactly what you want, and soft pillowy flatbread that is oven crispy in all the right spots. 11/10, it’s my favorite thing for a reason.
They have some good beers on tap, one of my go-tos is the Harland Japanese lager as it’s light and pairs well with everything.

We got margarita pizza and 2 sushi rolls. Pizza was thin crust and very crisp. Sushi rolls were very delicious. They have local hazy IPA as well which I would highly recommend. We enjoyed the Padres game on big screen TV. I think this is a great place to watch major games and get together with friends. Would highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to have good food, watch games and get together with friends in a nice restaurant.

A wonderful, refreshing, and creative hybrid of Japanese and Italian culture. Where else can you get a Godzilla sized bowl of ramen with a meatball AND Italian sausage?!? and the Poke Nachos are absolutely delightful!!!

Went tonight for the Dragonball Z theme! It was awesome. Make reservations ahead they get busy and with good reason. Everywhere you looked had fun details. Staff was swift and kind! Food was unique and flavorful. Highly recommend the Sanji Roll. Will be back

Really good service, very friendly! The food was delicious, I had the Godzilla, it was delicious! My partner is vegan and they were very attentive as to her dietary concerns. Definitely coming back!

I had the San Diego vegan sushi and it was absolutely delicious! I was so happy to find a tasty protein alternative since I’m not a fan of fish or seafood. Everything we ordered was fantastic, and they offer a wide variety of options to choose from. The drinks were great, and the service was amazing, super friendly and welcoming. Samantha was especially inviting and kept the vibe fun and positive throughout our visit! Great playlist!
