I’ve given them two chances being they are under new owners but it is not the same at all. Despite there being no line both times my order took a long time to come out. It smells really bad there now it’s a soupy mess when you do get your order. There is no consistency. Just disappointed. Bottom line it has gone down hill despite the few coats of paint they have put on the place. The taste, quality and customer service is VERY poor! Now I know why they don’t have a line like they used to it’s NOT GOOD anymore.

We LOVE Cindy’s! There are so many wonderful flavors to choose from, and the sno cones are always great. My personal favorite is the horchata with the sugar cookie(not pictured) and my kiddos love all the “specials” that come with gummy candy. They’ve added a wheel to spin for a flavor of you just can’t decide from the hundred+ options! The service can be a little off but I attribute this to the fact that I almost always order 5+ items and that can get confusing. Also docked a star for atmosphere because Carlton’s traffic and that corner can be painfully loud at times, but otherwise it’s a family favorite!

This place is HORRIBLE now!!! It is sad that such a staple to the community for years is no longer a place I can bring my grandchildren. I have given the new ownership several chances as I do understand it takes time however I am done. I was laughed at when I asked a simple question about what I was charged and was mocked and they slammed the window in my face. My grandchildren used to love to come to Cindy’s when it was actually Cindy’s but it is not Cindy’s anymore that is for sure… It is certainly not the same product, customer service, or overall atmosphere. Just shut it down at this point it is not good and a shame really.

Cindy’s Snow Creamery is a total win! The snow cream is so smooth and refreshing on a hot day, and the flavors are off the charts! I tried the hazelnut flavor and it was amazing. Plus, the staff is super friendly and relatable, this place has a great vibe. Definitely worth checking out especially if you have children!

Me and my friends love going here! The snow-cones are the best i’ve had and you will definitely find a flavor you like from the many flavors they offer (my favorite is the lemonade). On top of it being good and cheap the service here is amazing Christy her husband and the staff got to know all my friends names and always asks us how we are doing. My favorite spot to hang out in the summer to cool off and for a sweet treat! I’ve recommended this place to everyone i know. BEST PLACE EVER!

My gbaby and I love this place. The customer service is absolutely superb. We were there on Saturday and I ordered the unicorn and Cameron ordered the Shark Week flavor. Arrived in the evening around 7:45. Came with my sister and brother in law. They had recently re-opened for the season with a change of ownership. We actually ordered wrong and still enjoyed our flavored ice. We wanted snow cream with marshmallow cream and forgot the snow cream. It was still very good! I will be back. Probably sooner than later. I was in line maybe 5-10 minutes. The product that we got was very good. I got a medium and it was a good size for 1 person, leaning on the larger side of medium. They have SO many flavors to choose from! Come on out and give ‘em a try. You won’t be disappointed.
