From out of state and the bartender wouldn’t serve us because we don’t have an Ohio ID. Makes a lot of sense.
Zaps is the place to go in Loveland. Welcoming customers and staff. Cindy’s is a no go!! Don’t waste your time on it!

A must visit. Unpretentious, welcoming atmosphere. Hard working and kind bartender. Cindy’s could have the best pricing of any bar I can remember going to. Good selection.

If I could give 0 stars I would….. the service there is terrible. I went there one time and the bartender was so rude to me and my friends but I let it go because I gave her benefit of the doubt. However, went back there today and a different bartender was so rude and nasty…. Claimed she had been dealing with a problem all day but that doesn’t excuse her yelling at my family for no reason. After that we had people who were drinking there come up to us and said after they saw the way she acted towards my family that they will never go there again. Yall just lost 3 full tables who witnessed this. Her actions were just unnecessary…….

I had my friend come from Indiana and I was showing her around Loveland and they denied her from even being in the bar simply because she is from Indiana. Really put a damper on the night. Disappointed to say the least.

Amazing bar with super friendly staff. As a local Lovelander this is one of my favorite spots. Laid back atmosphere where everyone is welcome.

Went with some colleagues to celebrate a special occasion. Fun time playing pool and just hanging around.

For a place not to have good service, (i suppose short staffed) and the “owner” cutting the line, disregarding his paying patrons. Getting himself a beer. He watched people park, and if they didn’t come into his establishment, he would stick a large warning sticker on their windshield. This small, but mighty town had it’s businesses busy that evening. This place was not; therefore, the demand for parking spots were limited. I wish I had pictures. Perhaps being “neighborly” would have set the atmosphere more inviting.

Will not accept an out of state ID. If you are not from Ohio and under the age of 50, expect to get denied. The manager would not even give me an explanation and was rude to my friend (from Ohio) when he went in to inquire about it. For a dive bar in Loveland, this place is completely out of line. I am 23 by the way. I was told this is policy of the owner Cindy. I understand that businesses have the right to refuse business but Cindy, if you are reading this, I hope you change. Completely ridiculous.

WARNING: They do not accept out-of-state IDs. My group of adults aged 35+ were refused service. Literally everywhere else in town has been lovely. If you’re from out of state, check out anywhere but here.
