When you walk in, yoy are greeted by someone who is a true delight to encounter. You’re going in there to buy delicious treats, and it only lifts your mood higher knowing the person behind the counter is just as excited to give them to you as you are to purchase them. I enjoy that they have some staple flavors, and you have enough hands. I recommend getting some from their seasonal rotation of flavors as well. A great blend of crunchy, soft, and gooey cookies.

From the moment you walk in, you’re wrapped in the warm, nostalgic scent of butter, brown sugar, and fresh vanilla — the kind of smell that instantly feels familiar and comforting. The cookies are perfectly baked: crisp at the edges, soft and gooey in the center, with flavors that melt together just enough to remind you why simple things can be extraordinary. Do not even get me started on the variety of option, like you want to try them all but don’t know where to start!
However, what truly makes this place unforgettable is the staff. They are genuinely welcoming, attentive without being overbearing, and clearly love what they do. Manny was a rare beautiful soul who assisted me today like we were long lost friends, and as he recommended some selections he had the rare ability to make you feel less like a customer and more like someone he was happy to see. It’s a true gem to find a spot where the service matches — and even elevates — the cookies, but this place does exactly that.
It’s the kind of bakery you’ll find yourself thinking about days later. The kind you wish you lived closer to. (but your waist is thankful you do not!) Cindy Lou’s is the kind of place you’d gladly relive stopping by for the first time all over again.

Her cookies are absolutely amazing! You can tell they’re made with love and quality ingredients from the very first bite. I tried the white chocolate macadamia toffee cookie, and let me tell you–it’s hands down the best I’ve ever had.
The combination of the rich white chocolate, buttery macadamia nuts, and that sweet, crunchy toffee is pure perfection.

I was introduced to Cindy Lou’s Cookies by one of our sergeants with the City of Miami, and ever since then, we at the Little Haiti Cultural Complex have absolutely fallen in love. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with a warm smile, and the atmosphere is both welcoming and reassuring, especially since the entire operation is in plain view.
They also offer a wonderful rewards program, I was pleasantly surprised when I reached a milestone and received a free cookie! The bread pudding and the red velvet cookie are hands down my favorites.

The cookies here are to die for but the customer service is even better. The young man helping me was so sweet and patient. It was only my second time ever coming in and it was 5 years ago but besides me he knew the name of every person that walked in there. That is impressive. He even gave my puppy a treat . We will definitely be back.

Punching out of the blue corner, from the industrious land of Miami’s Little River District, she is the uncontested, undisputed heavyweight dessert champion of the world, Cindyyyyyy Louuuuuu! You absolutely will not find a place in Miami where every single bite of anything is a delicious adventure, a moment of sheer bliss, a luxurious tastebud punching experience. Cindy is also a great person and has a great team who holds down the bake shop. Special shouts to Manny, who is always quick to prepare you for indulgence from the moment you walk in.

Who is my first time in that establishment? The selection was amazing and what I chose I really taste good. It was a specialty item. I was actually going to the place next-door, but I went there for a sweet treat and it was very good. The customer service felt just a little rushed, but maybe they had some Mobile orders or something. We have ordered delivery from here a few times and have now tried everything on the menu they have on doordash. There is not a single item on their menu I would say is not good. We do have a few standouts that we love. The coconut chocolate chip cookie is a must if you like coconut. Any poundcake on the menu I would say try. The chocolate cake is so delectable . The espresso cookie is so different and yummy. The carrot cake is one of the best I’ve ever had and that is something I try at every place. The pictures I’m posting are half eaten because I always forget to take pictures before I start eating from here. We’re new to Miami and have been trying a lot of dessert places and this is one I will definitely get when friends come in to visit.
