We walked in to this place with a friend by accident and in turned out to be a really nice place. The place is clean, comfortable and staff are super nice. We I asked for iced Americano and I was so surprised on how good it tasted. It was not like a regular coffee. I will definitely visit this place again when I visit Huston.

was excited to try this place based on the reviews, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. There was only one person working at the time, and she prepared both of my drinks she was an older lady .
The matcha came out brown and tasted very off, so I asked to switch to a coffee instead. Unfortunately, the coffee was also not enjoyable, and I ended up throwing both drinks away. Even though it was around $7, it’s still money I could’ve spent elsewhere.
Hopefully this was just an off day, but it wasn’t a good experience for me.

This place was truly amazing. The food was so good, like every single thing we tried was packed with flavor and just done perfectly. You can tell a lot of care goes into what they serve. The service was incredible too. So welcoming, attentive, and just made the whole experience even better.
This is absolutely a must-visit coffee shop. And on top of all of that, they have jazz nights which makes the whole vibe even more special. It’s one of those places you immediately want to come back to. Highly recommend.

I can not brag on this spot enough! The coffee food and service is amazing! I had several items on the menu. My favorite it the chicken pesto panini and the chicken wings! If you’re looking for a smaller treat the empanadas and hame croissant are great choices! The owners are just so sweet and the ambience is truly unique and calming!

Just had the most wonderful experience at Cinco&Tres. Jafet helped us and was SO welcoming and kind. The coffee was incredible. I had La Neta latte iced… truly one of the best coffees I’ve had. There were so many cool coffee options on the menu that I want to try next. The breakfast croissant was phenomenal with the house green sauce.
Jafet gave us recommendations of best restaurants in the Houston area.

Me and my husband are coffee snobs and love to try local coffee shops wherever we are. On this day we were visiting my in-laws and wanted to find a coffee place near by. We ended up trying this place and at first I ordered a small just in case I didn’t like it. Well….. while waiting for our other drinks I downed my horchata latte it was absolutely delicious! I immediately went back up to the counter and ordered the same drink in a large. Since that day I’ve been dreaming of that drink and wished it was closer to our house (we’re about an hour away) because although there are many coffee shops in our area(friendswood) none sell an horchata latte at all. If you’re in the area…. try this latte! Ps… my husband and in-laws also loved their coffee. Wish I took pictures but it was gone too fast.
