We popped in here on our last night at Kalahari. I got to say it impressed me. Based on the “concession” quality food in the water park my bar was low.
First off the service: The bartender/ server was AWESOME! Very attentive and patient. Made sure we had everything we needed. He did make a little mistake with our queso but he admitted it and made it RIGHT! I don’t expect anyone to be perfect, it meant something that he owned it and fixed it.
The food: it reminded me more of texmex than Mexican… which is fine. I got the chicken chimichanga. It was a HUGE portion. Very good. I didn’t even finish my rice or beans. Wife got the quesadilla birria it was solid. Kids meals were a little pricey for $12 but it came with 2 tacos!
Ultimately it was a really good experience!

This is by far the best buffet I’ve ever been to. For $25 it includes drink and all. Seems pricy until you see the buffet. Almost anything you could imagine from cereal to omelette. Deserts, waffles, chicken, yogurt, the options are endless. People are very friendly and informative. Great place! If I liked closer I would be here often!

Better than expected for resort food! Husband & I shared the Birria tacos after a day in the waterpark and it was perfect for us. The food was not bad at all & neither were the chips and salsa (included). Could have included a little more flavor but definitely was better than I expected.

Food was ok. Nothing wrong, just standard Americanized Mexican food. The real review is for Adam, our server. We’re staying at Kalahari for my daughter’s birthday and have had some major mixups with our room reservations so they gave us food vouchers. Despite our entire meal being free, Adam gave us the best service. He was polite and extremely attentive. He even gave my daughter and her friend a couple game cards for the arcade for her birthday! He really was the best and deserves high recognition!

This was a great treat for the family after a day at the Kalahari water park. The Birria tacos were wonderful. There is a great selection of drinks. Kids were super happy with their kid tacos. Our server Adam was super knowledgeable with the menu and great. Definitely recommend.
