This place, without even trying hard, earned five stars from me. The Pollo Loco was outstanding! Truly craveable! I already know I’ll be Ubering that dish again in the months to come.
Service was quick and pleasant (we visited early afternoon and were the only table for a bit), so timing during peak hours may vary.
One small note: while we were eating, tables right next to us were being sprayed and cleaned. I completely understand using downtime to tidy up, but the immediate neighboring tables might be better left alone until guests finish dining.
Overall, delicious food and efficient service, and I’ll definitely be ordering that Pollo Loco again.

We went in for “Vision board” night after work we were starving so we order food before doing our vision boards, food was served quickly and it was delicious, everything tasted super Mexican the recipe for the chicken wings as an entree was something I never tasted before anywhere else. Everything in place was very cozy, welcoming, I am glad I went, did my vision board and met with great people. Honestly left feeling wholesome from there. Deff would recommend for anything, they can hold b-day dinners, brunches or for work meetings etc.

Got a chance to meet the owners (sisters) and their mother (or one of their mother’s, I forget now) helps out and is planning on serving up some of her authentic dishes as weekend specials. The place is really very well decorated, with comfortable seats, with a unique and stylish dining room. I love their sun room area for a cold winter day. They do bring your own booze, which I guess is unique to Winthrop. Really cool Lucha Mask collection. I have not eaten here… yett, but from what I’ve seen they deserve a try!

I accidentally stumbled into this place. I was very hungry and the host recommended to try torta with chicken, and that an absolute hit for me. Good quality and fresh ingredients made a perfect blend. The portion was just right, not too big and not too small. I really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was great, good Mexican music and interior + very hospitable host made me really enjoy my meal. Would definitely come back and recommend for anyone.

Had such a lovely experience here while attending a vision board–making event, and everything about the evening was wonderful. The atmosphere was welcoming and cozy, made even better with delicious hot chocolate and fresh, crispy churros that felt like the perfect treat while getting creative.

I have been waiting for Cinco De Mayo to open for sit down and take out meals for a couple of weeks. I drove by today and the food Truck that was parked out front had the best Tacos and Burritos and I felt were a step above from what I was finding and at a reasonable price. The ingredients were fresh. The meat was moist. I prefer pork in my tacos. So Carintas all the way! So on the new diet I am on? I happy to hear I can have Tacos wrapped in lettuce! You heard it right folks. No Carb Tacos are here any way you like it! For me it’s the classic onions with cilantro. Extra cilantro! Finishing off my meal was a suggestion from the owner. Her mother’s recipe from back home : Coctel de Camaron! What a great lunch! I will be back!

100/10 completely loved this place since they opened. Food is delicious!! My favorite so far is the ceviche, wings and all the tacos. The churros and hot chocolate were my amazing. I usually order for pick up but last weekend I went for their vision board night and can’t wait to go back when they have more events like this, the whole atmosphere feels just like home. ❤️

Food is amazing. If you’re looking for Taco Bell or Ortega seasoning, you’re not gonna get it but you will get authentic Mexican food with some of the best salsa I’ve ever had in my life. The customer service is incredible and it’s a really beautiful welcoming environment.
