Had a lovely meal at Cin Cin — the food was fresh, comforting, and full of flavour.
The seafood linguine was generous with mussels and prawns, cooked perfectly in a rich tomato base that felt both hearty and balanced. The creamy penne was indulgent and satisfying, with a smooth, cheesy sauce that clung nicely to the pasta. The highlight was definitely the salt & pepper squid — crisp, light, and paired beautifully with the aioli and fresh salad.
Service was friendly and the portions were well-sized. Overall, a great spot for casual Italian with a local twist. Would happily return!

Went here for my sisters birthday dinner recently as i took a short overseas weekend trip and I was very dissatisfied and disappointed in the food and service, drinks missed, received one of three starters and had to ask for the others , mains came 10 minutes apart so some
Were cold and the pasta sauce was more soup. The pizzas were bland but the steak was cooked good. The steak was served with cheap shoestring fries though so good if you like McDonalds. This place has definitely gone downhill, it used to be great. Would not go back anymore. Especially with the price of everything.

Perfection! Incredibly fresh ingredients executed to a high standard.
We had the Bruschetta, Rucola salad, meatballs, arancini, calamari, pepperoni pizza, garlic bread.
Highlights:
Light, high quality pizza dough
Fresh, fresh ingredients, high quality pepperoni and squid
Best Arancini we have had, love the little chilli kick.
Highly recommended for snack or full meal.
Lovely to interact with the owner, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

One of the best Italian restaurants in Wellington I go to since they were on Cuba Street. Their seafood linguine is my favourite and the pizza is top-notch; amazing doe with fresh ingredients. Took my partner and friends, and they all enjoyed their meal. Great customer service as well.

Pleasantly surprised! Ended up trying something new and decided to walk in. Apprehensive at first because there was just one other table on a Friday but I’m so very glad we went in. Food was excellent (Carnivora Pizza and Spinach Pasta) and the wait staff were all amazing. Would definitely love to see this place a bit more lively but I’ll definitely come back soon.

We made a booking for 11:30 the day before, and they opened early for us. The owner was the only one there but he made our food really fast considering there were eight of us. The food was great and had great portion sizes. The owner made a tiramisu for one of us for free since he overheard that it was his birthday.

Great location, nice atmosphere and superb pasta dish. Hostess was very bossy, flustered and unpleasant-telling me to be on time and clearing/resetting my table when I went to the loo before I had a chance to order dessert. Its a shame because other than her it was totally an awesome experience. Maybe front of house is not her skill set.

Our family travelled to Wellington for holidays and found this gem close to our hotel.
My daughter and son rated the pepperoni pizza in their top 3 ever (they are officianodos) and my other son rated the GF pepperoni pizza as the best he’s EVER had.
The adults carbonara, spinach shell pasta and rocket salad were also divine. Wonderful experience and top chefs. You see by the empty plates… it was delicious.
