Really nice food and a clean environment but service did take a while which is understandable due to the day I went being on the st Jude marathon weekend.

I ate breakfast here because it was included in my hotel package. Service was great and I enjoyed the large windows overlooking the river. The food was lacking. I ordered the oatmeal with candied Pistachios and
Hibiscus Raspberry Coulis. They said it’s steel cut oats, but it had an unappetizing slimy texture. The latte was just ok. I appreciate they had dairy-free milk. For a sit down restaurant I was surprised it was served in a disposable cup. If it were not part of my hotel package, I would have eaten elsewhere.

The prices are higher than what is posted on their website menu. The mobile ordering didn’t work, and they don’t serve breakfast past 10:30.

The pulled pork with fries is to live for. So amazing and perfect texture. I love this spot at the Hyatt in Memphis whenever I come to town from huntingdon Tennessee. And the waiters are amazing

Food was great. Had both the Chilaquiles Verde and the Corn Flake Crusted French Toast off the Brunch Menu. The service was friendly. The space is beautiful and has a nice view of the Mississippi. Food took awhile to come out. But all and all, I enjoyed everything and can recommend CIMAS. It’s a nice choice if your looking for something other than BBQ.

We went to this restaurant for dinner and Loved the place and would definitely recommend this restaurant! The drinks looked good and tasted awesome…. The food was tasted just great but I didn’t like the presentation of food nor the drinks! Nothing special about the presentation!
But the service was good! The place was neat and my friends and I liked the atmosphere
Would definitely go back but they need to extend their hours, their kitchen closes at 9pm on Saturday ??!!!…

We had a delicious breakfast at CIMAS. They have an original approach on some breakfast options. The fresh juices and coffee beverages were awesome. Many gluten free options.

When we first arrived, it was empty so we had a seat in the very back with the best view. Jessica waited on us and was great. We really enjoyed ourselves. Drinks and food was great. I’ll definitely be back.

Delicious breakfast options while we were staying at the hotel. Lots of fresh and unique options plus classic breakfast favorites. Coffee was hot and service was prompt. Barry our server was efficient and gave us tips for enjoying our time in Memphis! Definitely try the chilequiles, avocado toast, and fresh squeezed juice. Worth a visit while at the Hyatt or just on Beale street.

Dinner is delicious too!! Don’t sleep on dinner at Cimas. The polenta/grits with turnips, mushrooms and spinach are by far one of the best in the city. The scallops, seared fish and short ribs are a reason to make a reservation today!
