Our 1st visit at Cilantro was 3 years ago and last night we came for a dinner. I can tell the difference especially the services were excellent. When we got a table, I thought a guy name Hector, he’s a manager welcomed us with a big smile and then Ms. Judy was our server, she did a phenomenon job, kept checking about water, food and recommended the dishes. We were very impressed and worth our visit. We will definitely come back again. Thanks Cilantro, you’re such a good team!

Sooo… this was an experience. We will not be back on our trip. No menus, very long wait, small portions, and pretty overpriced for the mediocre food we received. It took forever to get menus, waters, silverware, or napkins. I would pick a different mexican spot if I were you.

We ordered take out. The biria tasted off and all of our food was cold upon arrival (2 mins away). The carne asada had a sour taste and I’ve never had biria taste the way it did. Food was ordered at the bar not through the phone so it wasn’t like we were late. I’ve gotten things through door dash here as well which also disappointed. Everything was COLD.

I always go to this place when I come to Savannah, not just for the food but the service. I always ask for Judy, she’s so sweet and friendly and such a good server. The manager Hector is a great guy and always visits my table for a friendly chat and to make sure everything is fine. I love the salsa, have to admit sometimes using a straw to get every drop.

We enjoyed it very much. Food was good and prices reasonable. The drink prices were not listed. We asked about the prices for small, medium, and large Margaritas and were told small was $5 and medium was $8 and it was unclear about the large size. We ordered medium Skinny Margaritas. Turned out when we got the bill, they were $12 each. Guess we should have kept asking questions. Anyway, we enjoyed our meals, of Vegetable Quesadilla with salad and Three Shrimp Tacos, both with a side of Refried Beans.

Armando is great, bar tender is awesome the atmospheres is the best in town and the servers are very friendly and efficient. This is the place to be on a weekly basis.

Nice early afternoon meal! Staff is top of the line and really cares about customer service.
It was pouring down outside and a mother with 2 small kids was having lunch. Server offered to watch kids while the mom pulled their car up to the front door. Then 2 staff members walked the kids outside and helped them into the car. When they came back in, 1 discovered the mother had left a belonging behind, so the server ran back out to the car before they pulled away.
Super awesome job!

Extremely slow service. Took 1.5 hours to be served lunch. Food arrived cold. Food was sent out wrong missing parts of orders. Waitress was rude. Overpriced food.
