Honestly, good Thai restaurants in Cleveland are few and far between. This is an exception.
Pad Khee Mao and Pad Thai were absolutely mouthwatering. Mixing in a Thai iced tea in between bites of the spicy noodles was *Chef’s kiss.* Highly recommended. Will be coming here again.
Keep in mind: not a lot of places to sit inside. Just 3 side by side tables. It’s mostly a takeout restaurant.

The welcome and clean atmosphere was very comfortable and inviting. The young man that served and took our order was pleasant and knowledgeable. He was engaging and confirmed our order. His interaction with guests and management was enjoyable. The food was tasty and sauces were flavorful. Thank you for a great first experience!

One of my favorite takeout places in Cleveland! Food is always delicious and ready in 15-20 minutes if you want food that fast. The Massaman Curry is starting to become our local comfort food!

Really enjoyed my meal at Cilantro Thai. I did a carryout order of the Massaman curry and the dry rub zap wings, extra crispy.
The massaman curry has potatoes, carrots, white onion, and peanuts in a creamy rich yellow curry sauce. It comes with a side of rice for about $17. It’s a generous portion with a full container of curry, and an additional side container of the white rice. I would definitely order this again!
However, I think the star of the meal is the dry rub zap wings. It’s one of the three wing types they have on their menu, but I really loved how big, crispy, and juicy these wings were. They were piping hot when I picked them up, and they’re coated with a great dry Thai chili rub, providing an excellent salty flavor and spicy kick. These are a must order! Really hoping to try their other wing flavor soon, as I’m sure they’re also excellent.

I’m not going to hold you this place has some of the best Thai food in the city although I’ve never eaten there in person I’ve ordered their multiple times from DoorDash or Uber eats and the food is always excellent flavor. Perfect packaging with care like their standard as well as their recipes flavor is unmatched. I love Thai food. I happen to have frequent Ted most Thai places in the whole city of Cleveland and cilantro has never failed me once yet, but be careful if you are not good with spicy I would say go mild because Because they’re medium can be pretty spicy but honestly, I haven’t had a single thing from there that I have not loved yet the noodles are good the rice excellent the curry perfect to die for egg rolls, crisp perfect crunchy I could go on and on and sitting here today, eating their food again for maybe about the 10 for 11th time. I felt inclined to come over here and write a review just to let everyone know their food is A1. I would always recommend thank you.

Despite being, quite literally, a hole in the wall, the food at Cilantro Thai was delicious, combining fresh ingredients with big, bold flavors. In keeping with it being an “express” restaurant, the menu isn’t super extensive… and prices are also slightly high. Moreover, when we went on a Friday evening there were only 2 employees trying to operate the entire shop; they were doing a valiant job, but service was a bit slow as a result.
Note: plan to order takeout if you come here. Even if one of the two tables in the restaurant happens to be empty, the space isn’t particularly conducive to dining in.

Wish I did not trust the reviews before ordering here. The food is extremely bland and unsalted! Pad Thai looks great but lacks any sort of flavoring what so ever. Also for an additional $3 you get 3 small pieces of shrimp. $21 for one pad Thai with chicken that is underwhelming is disappointing to say the least. Save your money and try a different Thai restaurant.
One positive thing about the pad Thai I ordered is that I requested it to be extra spicy and it was definitely spicy enough to my liking. I just wish they added all the other flavors they’re supposed to.

Paid $21 for Shrimp Pad Thai takeout. Food was really good, quite a delicious and unique spicy flavor. Unfortunately the price and portioning made it really not worth it at all.

The chicken in my Pad Thai was not good. Tough and extremely dry. The green onions were very chewy. The potstickers (pork gyoza) were good but they only give you 1/2 an ounce of sauce so it left a lot to be desired. I wanted to give 5 stars but it didn’t add up.

OK, let’s just start with the fact that I am a Karen. The fact that I am leaving this gleaming review is a testament to the true nature of my comments to follow. Not only did I call them the first night I ordered and got home and opened my boxes and tried the food. I called back to tell them personally that this food was exceptional. It was delicious. It was fresh. It made me Absolutely Happy. The portion size matched the price. The vegetables were on balance with the amount of meat. The taste was true Thai. This winter is going to be extra special just because this restaurant is in my neighborhood five minute Drive and the food is wonderful. Try it for yourself!
