Cilantro Taco Grill (CTG) was established in June of 2013 in the Chicagoland West Suburb. CTG was founded by Temoc Morfin, a Mexican immigrant who arrived in the U.S. in the early 80s in search of the American Dream. Over the years, Temoc and his family opened several more CTGs all over the Chicagoland area, mainly the West Suburbs. Today, thanks to our customers CTG is thriving with more than 20 locations. Temoc´s family works alongside him, carrying on his legacy and honoring his father, Don Javier who is the family’s inspiration and is displayed and honored on the wall of every CTG location

$20.50 for 3 queso beria tacos and a water, no sides, no chips and salsa. Thought I was getting a dinner. Too many other better less expensive places around. Service was very weak as well. I order everything electronically and pay for dine in and they cant even bring your food to your table? I guess they are trying to copy Chipotle with different food. Ill never try it again with this experience.

I’ve gone here numerous times
they have two dollars tacos on Tuesday, but I also order other things with it
every time I’ve gone there the woman who’s at the cashier seems like she’s bothered and would rather be singing or jamming on her headphones or playing on her phone
She’s just ignorant every time
today she asked us if we wanted sauce for our tacos and I said mild and then she rolled her eyes at me
At that point, I’m like I’m done and I’m saying something I told her do not roll your eyes at me
I asked for a cup of ice water
keep in mind I spent $30. She said that would be $3.84
FOR ICE WATER
the cup wasn’t even maybe 5 ounces so as I was leaving, I saw another customer with a glass of ice water and I asked her if she paid for it.
She said no I didn’t I said are you sure because she wanted to charge us $3.84 and she goes well I don’t know if she didn’t give me a receipt. I said well there’s your answer right there and I think I’m done here.
I understand maybe wanting to charge for the cup a dollar or something but $3.84 you’ve gotta be kidding oh and they also added a 3% charge if you use anything but cash now.
They have to make the money from the two dollar tacos somehow don’t they?

Love this place! I get one or several trays of tacos every time I host at my place. Everyone always loves them and it’s a breeze to clean up. Highly recommend. I’d love to dine in one day soon too.

Don’t come to this location. They don’t even cook the chicken on the grill for it to get crispy and the guy cooked my tortillas for about 30 seconds. Too expensive for that kind of laziness. If you want great chicken tacos go to the Bloomingdale location or Lake street.

Tasty tacos and burritos. Service is over the counter and friendly. Chicken was well seasoned and steak was good as well. Would recommend chicken over steak.

Food is okay, not the best. Customer service is kind of lacking. One of the workers taking my order was very rude to my friend and snapped at him when he kindly told her she got his order wrong multiple times. ( I think she was distracted by her phone and the kids in the back).
