Food is alright. A little pricey, almost $4 per taco for example but it’s about the same in the surrounding area. They are smaller though. The people working there are all very polite and attentive.
They have slot machines room (must be 21 or older) which can be alot of fun

Paid over $90 and received seven tacos wrong from the charola really disappointing. The asada was very dry, the carnitas were dry and the cebollitas weren’t fully cooked, like biting into a raw onion. For that price, it’s unacceptable to have so many mistakes.
We didn’t get any of the birria tacos, no tripa and the relleno was missing too. If items were unavailable, that should have been communicated instead of replacing them with random dry meat. There’s no way that was carnitas it was pale, flavorless and extremely dry.

Good flavors. The chips don’t seem very fresh. The burritos are great!

I ordered just one taco dinner and it arrived. It was honestly very well presented and everything was very good. The food tasted very good and was still hot. I’m delighted.

Order two burritos one chorizo for my girlfriend and one steak for myself. Her food was “okay” and when I went eat mine it was dripping with sour cream and was 80% lettuce 10% cheese 5% tomatoes 3% sour cream 2% gross steak and to make it better we called about it and lady on the phone just hung up on us.

So I canceled an order and never got my refund to my bank. I finally messaged the manager ( had got his # from someone at the restaurant) and finally said can I just go pick up food for the $37- 4 hours later – no text back. So I call the restaurant, and again a person on the other line that doesn’t seem to understand any English. Folks Ive been in this area 40 years and there are WAY better Mexican food places in Bensenville and WoodDale. Where the manager understands whats going on, where the food is excellent, where theres no surcharges and where the people that work there at least understand English to a degree to get your order right. Sad that something else wasnt built there. If I ever want Cilantro- which i wont that bad I’ll go to Elmhurst or Addison- which i wont have been and again, way better mexicsn food places.was going to give Bensenville location a chance and that’s a hard no for me and I’ve heard they have a limited menu compared to other locations. This place wont last long, not with shitty food and high prices. And if your giving 5 stars you’ve never had good mexican food or half way decent service. Because Cilantro is that of Oh, I got a good burger at McDonalds- come on. I’ll be spending my $ at single owned locations in my town. I work too hard for my $ for it to be basically stolen with no product. Take my $37 and buy some better meat and a clue of how to manage a place. Rant over. Headed to Mexico 2000

Small portions for expenses, no waiters to take or bring orders and food lacked diverse flavors.
