The old lady working there w the black curly hair is super rude! I’ve been there a couple of times and everytime she serves me she is rude and obnoxious and tried to charge me extra for jalapeños on top of my nachos. She said every topping is extra which is a lie! The men there are wonderful..she needs to go! I wont be going back because of her and a lot of my friends say the same.

Honestly, it’s a much better Chipotle. Better variety of condiments and veggies. Including cilantro lime rice which is my favorite. They had these pickled spicy onions that were bussin. And honestly the storefront looks so nice.

I used to come here a couple times per week for a breakfast burrito. It was great – quick, inexpensive, friendly, good burrito. They have a new guy working mornings now who is careless and makes the stingiest burritos I’ve ever had. It’s a bummer; I used to really look forward to it.

Terrible place with awful service. I was charged $17 for a taco salad (said extra $3 is for steak, which is not written anywhere on the menu) They refused to provide a token for the restroom and walked away. Whoever owns this place should really find out about the situation of their staff. (Haven’t you ever wondered why it’s always so empty while other stores in the same plaza are all so busy?) Worst experience ever!

Not sure how this Cilantro mexican restaurant has only 23 reviews considering all the busy clientele this food court receives on a daily basis but this outdated overpriced place charged me $6 a taco – rip off. The employee has said the chicken was “very good” but it was not seasoned, lacked any salt and was purely bland. Decor makes you feel like you’re stuck in 1997.

Quick over Quality
I eat here on a normal basis not because it’s good but because it’s quick and easy. For a diverse foot court like the one in City National Plaza, you would think that the only “Mexican” spot would be more jam packed especially being next to Starbucks and at the entrance of the escalators.
The food tends to be “bleh” with a side of “bleh”. Salas tend to be more watery than you want. The meats are more plain than you want. Fountain drinkers are too watered down.
The line is consistently long during lunch which is surprising. The lady that takes your first order yells as you and pushes you through as fast as you can, so fast that it bottle necks at the cashier end of the line just because they can’t keep up. Quite a few times she’s crazy that she was yelling past 4-5 people in line just to get their order. Seriously? Can I get some of that cocaine that this lady is on?

Overpriced. The staff here are extremely rude for literally no reason. They need better customer service. I simply asked for 2 cups of salsa and the bigger guy responded with “ANYTHING ELSE”? as if I offended him, mind you it was not busy so it shouldn’t have been a problem, and regardless you dont need to be so impolite. Beware.
