This place need some love. They got good food, good servers, bartender on the other hand cheat on the drinks… I asked for a Jameson ice and soda water and got some weird tasting drink… I sent back and got the right stuff. They need some good music and someone smarter sitting people. Is not right for a table of 2 people sat at table set for 4 ppl and have the party of 4 waiting at the door when you had plenty of tables set for 2 ppl. There was no manager presence. I think they can do much better with someone giving some directions.

Decided to give Cielo a try from a coupon received in the mail. When I arrived the place was packed and sat at the bar. The drinks were amazing to start. I ordered the chicken Taquitos and Steak Fajitas. The food was great. Real, authentic Mexican food I’ve been craving since moving to Mass. I’d recommend Cielo to anyone.

Very good customer service I had the shrimp taco. I have to say that the shrimp was well seasoned. Was a nice bite of delight. For dessert I had the churros they were very good with the blackberry ice were a very good combination..

Great food including their complimentary nachos/salsa. The only complaint was the service, we had to call our server several times to get his attention. Also when we asked the price for guacamole (it says market price on the menu) our server said 10 bucks- we found out later (receipt) it was actually $13. Not a big deal (we enjoyed the guac) but I think he should give/know the accurate price. That being said, we’ll be back to try other items on the menu!

Cute restaurant and easy to get to. Chips aren’t anything special (in our opinion), but the salsa is very good and the food was not only huge portions but extremely tasty. Our server took some time getting to us when we were one of 2 parties in the restaurant, but he was very kind. I would recommend as long as you’re not in a huge rush!

Why go to Boston, when there is a bit of heaven in Braintree. This is how I would describe Cielo- The food was authentic and delicious, the service was warm and friendly, the drinks were fantastic, especially the Margaritas! Everything was right for us especially the price for what you’re getting. Highly recommend to friends and family. Cielo will be one of our regular places for sure!!
