Beautiful restaurant. Like the bar, drinks were good. Great find! Servers were very attentive. Not busy on a Monday evening. Easy street parking. Calamari was very good. The broth in the mussels dish was outstanding. Excellent experience. Server Desi was very sweet and attentive.

From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone: modern, stylish, and inviting. The booth seating was super comfortable, the lighting was warm and elegant, and every detail in the décor felt carefully thought out.
We were lucky to have Kristina as our server, she was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made us feel truly welcomed throughout the evening. Her recommendations were spot-on!
The food? Absolutely phenomenal. We started with the burrata and beet appetiser fresh, vibrant, and beautifully plated with toasted bread and balsamic glaze. The charred broccolini with parmesan was simple yet delicious, and the seasonal salad with goat cheese, apples, and pistachios was refreshing and perfectly balanced.
For mains, we tried several pastas and every single one was a standout. The lemony mushroom linguine was delicate, flavorful, and bright. The chicken Alfredo was rich and creamy without being overwhelming, and the radiatori with red sauce and cheese had amazing texture and flavor. But the star for us was the pistachio gnocchi with burrata absolutely heavenly!
We also shared a Margherita pizza fresh out of the wood-fired oven, crisp crust, melty cheese, fresh basil… just perfect. Drinks were well crafted, with balanced flavors and beautiful presentation.
From food to service to atmosphere, Cielo delivered a 10/10 experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back and checking out the rooftop bar next time. This place is a true gem, highly recommend!

What a wonderful find. We are staying in Morro Bay, but I had business here in town. We stopped at Cielo and we were shocked with how good the lunch was. eggplant. Parmesan wasn’t available until dinner so we ordered a margarita pizza and salad. The pizza was delicious and the red sauce made me think that everything else on the menu would be great.
Everything was made with fresh ingredients and came to the table the right temperature. the taste was really outstanding. a great experience.

My husband and I had a wonderful dining experience at Cielo. It was the evening of the Christmas tree lighting event so there were lots of people out and about. We were impressed with the pacing of our meal and did not feel rushed in spite of a big crowd. Our happy hour house red wine and Antipasto Trio were both delicious, as were the main courses of Lasagna and Citrus Pesto. Our server, Sarah was excellent in every way. It was a very special meal, and a memorable evening. Thank you!

Took my parents out to try this place for the first time. It was a very nice addition to our city. You could taste the fresh ingredients and all the food. Presentation was very nice atmosphere was wonderful. Already picked out our next meals when we come again. I do think that they have just a little too much sauce on their pasta dishes that was the consensus of our table. But very flavorful and love the fresh mozzarella on top. The ribeye meatballs were absolutely tender and amazing. Can’t wait to come back and try the rooftop.

When I walked into this restaurant, I was so impressed with the vibe and their beautiful decor. We sat in the bar waiting for our table and had a great time with Juan the Bartender. The drinks were amazing. We sat out on the patio and had dinner. It was absolutely beautiful. We ordered the Calamari steak fries. I give those an 8. They were delicious, but could have been a little more crispy. I ordered the Braised Bavette Pappradelle pasta. The pasta is locally sourced from Ettos in Paso Robles Tin City. It is so delicate and the sauce is amazing with a hint of horseradish. I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about that, but Wow! Chef know what he’s doing! My husband ordered the Rigatoni and he was head over heals in love with this dish. We’ve traveled all over Italy and I can honestly say, the dishes we ordered were on point! We finished our meal on the Rooftop Bar with the Pomegranate chocolate mouse with Bruled lady fingers. Perfect ending to a perfect meal. We will definitely be back with our friends and family. (Update) 2nd time I went, I had to send my dish back and it was perfect the 2nd time. So I’m hoping they work out whatever kitchen kinks they have. I still love this place and Jessica is the best waitress ever!

This place was phenomenal! A little pricey but worth every penny. The staff was as incredible as the food. We splurged and enjoyed the rooftop bar (appetizers and cocktails) along with dinner downstairs in the restaurant. Totally worth it!! We shared the aged ribeye and I would definitely recommend the baratta cloud appetizer…. Yum! I also saw people enjoying delicious looking pizzas. So happy our little town has an incredible new place.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! We are beyond thrilled to have it in our town!! We desperately needed a delicious restaurant, and we also had no Italian choices. SO SO good! We went tonight and got the Burrata Cloud appetizer which was so wonderful! It reminded me of one of my favorite things I’ve ever had (in San Clemente). I had the chicken Alfredo which was perfect Alfredo sauce and the noodles were cooked perfectly, the chicken had a wonderfully salty thin skin on top and was so tender! My husband had the vegan squash and the vegan zucca trombe pasta which was very good and he was so happy they had vegan options due to his complicated allergy. They did a great job handling his allergy also. Our son had the Margherita pizza and he loved it, it was very similar to most margherita pizzas but very good. We shared the Meyer lemon tart and it reminded me of key lime pie, it was yummy also. The server and the water attendant were very friendly and talkative which was great! We will definitely be back!!
