Cielito Lindo Taqueria is a family-run Mexican food truck serving Hudson and surrounding towns with authentic street food. Born and raised in Mexico, owner Erick Guerra launched the truck in May 2025 after years of sharing his home cooking. With his wife, father, and nephew, they dish up fan favorites like birria tacos with consomé, carne asada burritos, al pastor tacos, loaded nachos, smash burgers, and cinnamon sugar churros. Absolutely delicious! Service is excellent. We loved that they were happy to make us a vegetarian burrito and vegetarian tacos!!! The salsa verde was super flavorful and perfect on our tacos and burrito. We also tried the churros and they were pretty good. We will definitely go back.

Best burrito that I’ve had! Presentation was clean. Balance of ingredients was perfect. First time ive ordered a burrito and it was rolled perfectly and they pan sear it just enough so it gives it just the right amount of crunch and it holds the burrito together. First time ive ever eaten a burrito and didnt need a napking lol im impressed The owners are very nice people and picked a perfect location in my opinion haha genius! Highly recommended if you appreciate good latin good I live in New Hampshire but ill definitely be back for sure!

Great food, not sure if my first post was accepted. Stopped in on a whim, and got 2 sets of 3 tacos each. Great food, with the standout being Al Pastor by a lot. Others were good, but that was the most flavorful and juicy.
