Spanish for “cycle,” Ciclo is a modern Texas kitchen featuring locally inspired flavors and ingredients with a Latin influence, all brought to life through a unique collaboration with world-renowned chef and restaurateur, Richard Sandoval. Ciclo’s name reflects its focus on seasonal dishes, from grilled and smoked meats, ceviches and crudos to inventive craft cocktails. In addition to offering year-round outdoor dining, this downtown restaurant offers an ever-changing dinner menu, serving breakfast, lunch, and brunch year-round, with all menus providing gluten-free and vegan options.
Modern American fusion dishes offered in a polished restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel.

This has to be one of the most beautiful views in all of Austin. Great service, great atmosphere, and sit outside if you can. Try out the Yumka! We enjoyed a post Valentine’s date surrounded by beautiful roses. Highly recommend!

Ate dinner & breakfast here and we got to have Grace as our hostess both times! Grace is so sweet! Breakfast with Edwin & YuHee the wonderful servers who got our kids crazy order exactly the way they wanted to try it and they loved it!!
Order the Wagyu tomahawk chop extra rare bc it’s served on a 500 degree salt block and is so freaking delicious!!!! Flambéed table side and we could cook each piece to our liking on the salty slab. I seared the heck out of crunchy fat cap pieces and it was salty crispy juicy pure joy in my mouth. Wonderful service! Beautiful space!
Best breakfast dish I’ve ever had: French toast with macadamia butter (freshly ground macadamias in butter) vanilla butter and maple syrup. bacon was so good. Great great restaurant!

I’m usually not the biggest fan of hotel restaurants. They capitalize on their convenience factor by providing average food and then gouge you on the price. Ciclo, located on the ground floor of the Four Seasons along the riverbank, is the complete antithesis of that. The food, service, and atmosphere (especially at sunset on the patio) were all excellent. For example, the house-made salad dressing had a unique flavor that gave us a wow moment. Think about that. Something as benign as salad dressing made a great impression. The amuse-bouche was deceptively delicious. It looked like a sunny-side up egg but delivered a sweet, mango flavor. How creative is that!? The servers were engaged and took care of us extremely well. We’ll definitely come back even if we don’t have the convenience of staying at the hotel.

Thank you for welcoming us, and for the amazing food! My dog was right at home on the patio with some cookies and a water bowl that they kindly provided. They have a dog and cat menu with plenty of options as well. For the humans, the sweet corn empanadas and braised short ribs did not disappoint. The bon bons were the perfect end to the meal, complete with a dry ice presentation! The service and experience were outstanding. The staff there were attentive and genuine, which makes for an unforgettable experience.

We came for dinner on a Saturday night. Ciclo is located at the bottom floor of the Four Seasons Hotel in downtown Austin. It was a lovely evening with delicious food and a calm ambiance. Here was our experience:
Parking and accessibility: there are a few parking spots at the hotel; however you can find street parking and parking lots near the restaurant.
Menu and seating: I think the only feedback was where we were sitting there wasn’t enough lighting so my partner had a hard time reading the menu (we were by the windows). Perhaps stronger lights or at least a better lighting candle? Anyway, nothing a cell phone flashlight couldn’t solve!
Location: the restaurant is down the stairs from the hotel and backs into greenery and the river with a view during the day and at sunset.
Food: the food was delightful overall. The burrata salad was out of this world! And the grilled bread that came with the salad was amazing; not too hard and not too chewy. The Parker rolls, oh wow! I loved it! For entrees, my partner thought the filet mignon could have been better, but otherwise was good. I ordered the fish and seafood and it was amazing! I think their specialty here is fish and seafood because it was so delicious!
Service: the server was so wonderful! She was patient and pleasant!
Overall a beautiful night! Would come here again!

We always go to Ciclo for our annual Thanksgiving dinner, and once again it was amazing! The food was delicious—perfectly cooked turkey, flavorful sides, and a few creative dishes that really made the meal stand out. The service was friendly and attentive as always, and the lakeside atmosphere felt warm and festive.
Special thanks to Gihvon, Uma, Amanda, and Medaly for always taking such great care of us. Highly recommend Ciclo for a special holiday buffet!

Was staying along the river at another hotel but decided to try a nice restaurant one of the nights. Service was fantastic and food was delicious. We basically had the place to ourselves and a view outside on to the patio. The food was amazing and portions were a good size. Would definitely recommend if looking for fancy/fine dining.

We went in August for my fiancé’s birthday. It was a beautiful evening, so we decided to sit outside. We ordered a bottle of wine while they prepared the meal. Shortly after the wine came out, a few bees started to fly around us, so the staff brought us a table fan to help keep them away. The bees were relentless in swarming me though, as they must have liked my new floral perfume. I freaked out when they started flying close to my face, so I involuntarily threw my arms up to protect my face and ended up spilling an almost full glass of very nice wine all over the patio. We felt terrible, but the staff didn’t miss a beat. They immediately came out to offer us a table inside, safe from the bees, cleaned up the mess I had made and offered us some bubbly to make up for the spilled glass of wine. The food was excellent, the drinks were excellent, the service was excellent. The experience is a funny memory for us now. We will be returning. Thank you to a great staff!
