I cannot go without letting everyone know how much I love this location!! I’m a teacher in the area and this location has saved my holiday parties several times. They are always friendly and welcoming no matter how frantic I am. They always have my order ready for me to run in and pick up to get back to my students and it’s always perfect!! I don’t know their names but they are simply AMAZING!! Happy Holiday’s 3420 W. Illinois!! ♥️

If you order delivery on the CiCis website they use door dash but there is no mention of that on the website. I order my food and then get the door dash messages about my delivery, and based and prior experience I was already worried. The door Dasher marked my food as delivered but it did not come. Calls and texts were ignored. Which led to calls back and forth with CiCis and Door Dash on who was supposed to issue my refund. I called the CiCis manager who said she was trying to speak with the owner and during one of our calls she let me know that they have had prior issues with Door Dashers keeping orders. Never got my refund from Door Dash nor CiCis and had to dispute the charge with my bank.
I get outsourcing for delivery but maybe let us know that so we can decide if we still want to order delivery or not. I have had positive experiences picking up my food, had I known my food was being delivered by Door Dash I wouldn’t have ordered delivery. I probably would have ordered the next day and picked it up but now, no thank you.

The Spinach Alfredo Pizza was amazing. Full of Spinach and more Spinach. The Pizza poppers were good. Definitely going back for more Pizza and Poppers. The cashier was very sweet and made sure we had all we needed.

This Cici’s Pizza location is the best one in Dallas. I have gone to all the buffet locations and none compare to this one. This is a To-Go location that has no sitting room, and is open long hours of the day. They always get my order correct no matter the time of day, and are very accommodating with customizations. S/O to Juanita G. And all the ladies who work here. Yalls work does not go unnoticed ❤️ love yall sm.

Just spent about $300 on groceries but I saw Cici’s to go and I don’t feel like cooking anymore. I walked in and the crew there. It’s pretty cool and a food was made pretty fast thank you. Especially with this cold weather hot pizza made it better.
