My family likes to call and get stuff from when while we travel. We usually have no problems with them but for some reason this night we did. This review is a reflection of this night only and not the other days.
I called ahead for cheesy bread expecting the normal 16 piece box as I was unaware of another size.
The person on the phone did not make me aware of 2 sizes. So lets start on when I arrived. They had forgotten my ticket and had not even made it yet until I walked in. So that was a waste of time and disappointing. But it is what it is and people make mistakes. When I finally receive my order its significantly smaller than I expected or needed.
So I kindly ask for a refund so I can purchase the larger box. They allowed me to keep the original box and make me a bigger size if I paid the difference, so I did.
I finally get to leave and we start eating on the small box to find out down the road that the dough is RAW. Going here obviously was not meant to be at this point. I was not about to turn around and go back in that store as I already was getting judgy looks lol.
Luckily the large box was fine, not raw. Then we get to the last few pieces of the bread a couple days later and disappointed to report PLASTIC in the bread under the cheese part. About 1×1 inch size. My kids eat this stuff.
I’m so disappointed in this store for this all. Im hoping it was a one time thing but I may just pick up from the other cicis in town for a while. On a positive note, the manager was nice and allowed me to keep the original box when I was fully willing to give it back.

If I could give 0 stars i would. I saw rats, roaches, etc. in the kitchen crawling while waiting for my food. My kids and I did not want to eat here after seeing so we walked out.

I walked in and it felt like I was interrupting a conversation between two employees, one male and one female. I asked for no cheese on a pizza after saying I’m ordering for a vegan and the cashier about lost her mind. Her reaction for this simple request was over—the—top ridiculous. After educating her on what a vegan is, her and the guy she was talking to failed to tell the cook to hold back the garlic butter on the crust. I didn’t realize that the crust had butter on it took I was almost done eating the whole medium pizza after I got home. My stomach hasn’t felt very good ever since eating this. I wouldn’t say it’s making me sick, it just doesn’t feel that great and it’s been 24 hours since I ate it. I’m not sure how we live in the year 2023 and there are still so many people that don’t understand what vegan is and what that even means. I don’t typically eat out often because I always have to send food back after being served, but this was takeout and I was hungry and didn’t even think of butter being on the crust, but neither did the employees, even though it’s their job to know these things. The food came out quick and they were at least nice to a point, but me not feeling too good after eating this pizza makes me have to leave an honest review. I just wished I could have left more stars. I gave at least 3 stars because the quality of ingredients and the cooks being quick about service and the employees up front at least trying to help me out even though they forgot, but I hope to be able to give a better review the next time I come through and get some pizza there. I just wish they were a little more prepared for accommodating vegans for my first visit there.

This is the to-go branch of Cicis for quick and speedy deliveries. Pizza is cheap and the go to option for big parties and school events if Little Caesars is too expensive for whatever reason. There are still better pizza options but this place is always open for any parties you might have

This Cicis to go has definitely gone down hill, go from 4.99 for a large pepperoni walk in price to over 6 dollars for walk in price. Absolutely ridiculous and staff are far from friendly, and have attitudes if you even ask a question about a price. They do not honor the prices they have listed and say those are corporate prices not private own store prices if asked. Very disappointed in this place.

I had a bad experience with one of the employees so I called the local number home office in fort Worth and the franchise owner called me. They are two later and we discussed it and he did not want to resolve my issue
Then he looked me up on Facebook and insulted me and said bad things about me
I reported him back to the home office and they’re looking into it. He’s a Facebook stalker he has a bad attitude. He does not try to help his situation. All he does is complain back at you in my book. He’s a Facebook stalker. He’s dangerous. This is my opinion. I’m entitled to it

Yep, they are very friendly. Yep, they are accommodating. The manager is knowledgeable about food allergy concerns and actually takes it very serious. Just for that, they get 5 stars everywhere.
