This used to be my favorite place to bring my kids and their friends. Visiting today was very sad. The employees cursing out loud amongst one another loud enough to where we could hear it at the table. The employees are rude and have no sense of urgency to tend to customers. We asked them to please cash the kids tickets in and they told us to wait five minutes and continued to just sit there and talk to one another. We waited over fifteen minutes for them to come cash the tickets in and I had to continue to ask them.

It’s been a while since I’ve been here since I moved out of town, but me and my nieces and nephews had a blast. Ashton Jones was such a joy! We also had a great chat about Lagrange High and all the great things going on there. He’s such a bright young man. We can’t wait to come back. Love the renovations!

First time back in probably 3 years. We enjoyed the renovations and selection of food.
Location: Easy access from Ryan Street. Plenty of parking, but people were parked kind of crazy.

Atmosphere: Very bright and fun. I love the layout change. Before I felt out in the open, but now tables/booths are more private. There is an arcade connected. If you sit against the wall next to it, you’ll probably hear the music. There are now large tv monitors along the wall. Some people were watching the football game while the other tvs displayed a kids show/ cameras for the arcade (you can eat and watch your kids). Very clean- there was a guy cleaning tables throughout our visit.

Service: Friendly and welcoming. Currently, they have to serve you the food. You just tell them what you want.

Food: $8/adult, $5/kid. They had a pretty large selection. Alfredo, tomato sauce, salad bar, cheese bread, at least 10 diff pizzas, cinnamon rolls, and dessert pizza. Self serve for your drinks.

Overall, I’d say it’s worth the price.
I prefer this over Mr. Gattis in Jennings.

This is the best Cicis in ALL of the land! From the hospitality, service, cleanliness, and taste you cannot go wrong stopping in. You and your family will have a great time! We drove from Orlando, FL just to try it out. Make sure you try their cinnamon rolls!

Don’t miss the opportunity to visit this CiCi’s, which exceeded my expectations in every way, from the service to the complimentary pizza selection. As out-of-towners from Houston visiting the casino, we were craving a variety of pizzas. Having not visited a CiCi’s in many years, I was impressed by the exceptional management and upkeep of this location, thanks to the efforts of manager/owner James. If we ever return to this area, we will undoubtedly stop by.

On my travels I decided that after my experience in southern Texas, I would stop in and try a CiCi’s Pizza again. I commented on my recent experience at the other CiCi’s and was assured by James the owner that his restaurant also not only matched the pictures that are advertised but exceeded them. I was a bit skeptical as its so difficult to not only replicate advertisement pictures but exceed the item depicted in those pictures. (Pictures set up and taken by professional photographers to make the food appear amazing) A short while later I was greeted by Landon holding a pizza. When I opened the box I was amazed to see that once again, the crew at CiCi’s had surpassed not only the photographers depiction of the perfect pizza but my own expectations of what I imagined the perfect pizza to be as well. Im not sure if you’ve been to a CiCi’s pizza in a while but, from what I’m seeing it is certainly worth the trip! Gotta finish up this review because I’m seeing this game room here and its calling my name! Wow! What an Amazing restaurant. I’m off to Texas tomorrow but am really looking forward to the next time Im in Lake Charles, LA
