3/2/26 Update: The storefront signage has been removed, so it’ll be a while before they’re up and running again. Everything on the inside is still there, though. The address has been re-added to the store-finder on their website, and the Google Maps status has changed from “Permanently Closed” to “Temporarily Closed”. I hope to see a reopening soon, but it’ll probably be a few more months at least. But I’ll be first in line when they reopen!
Cici’s is incredible, the value is absolutely unmatched. The pizzas are also fresh and have more variety than I’m used to seeing in Florida. Highly recommend this place as a great family-oriented buffet and arcade, and I’ll definitely be back again for the food

The nostalgia hits hard here and I’m totally here for it. The salad bar seemed expanded, the music was 90’s mostly and the overall setup is pretty much what it’s been since I was a kid and I appreciate that. The games area has expanded extensively and I think it’s a great addition to the vibe to create a more immersive experience. There’s even tickets for the games and a full prize area now. There were 3 TVs. One played 90’s +trivia that just added to the nostalgia but there was also Bluey and a game on. They still take pizza requests and the staff were very friendly and attentive. It is setup where you bust your own tables now but it makes sense in my opinion for the way plates can stack up grabbing a new one each pass through the buffet. There’s still taco pizza, burger pizza, spinach pizza, bbq chicken (there were actually 2-3 bbq pizza options) and most of the desserts you remember from back in the day. I will say they are promoting that the chocolate dessert from the 90s/early 2000s is back – it’s okay but it’s still not it. I recall it being more Bavarian cream or Boston cream like with the chocolate topping and a soft thick doughy bottom. Shame too because it was my favorite dessert. Still will keep this in rotation anytime we’re up north. Please keep this historical place alive!

I walked in and paid the cashier. The food on the buffet was kept filled my time there. The pizza and other side dishes were good it was better than I had expected for the price . The main restaurant floor and buffet were kept clean the whole time I was there. I did not use the bathroom so I cannot comment on that. But my experience was much better than I had expected and was very good food

Cici’s offers a casual setting to hang out with family and friends while sampling many varieties of pizza. And this location is clean and the staff is friendly. We went during the day, and other families were there; it was a fun atmosphere! We were greeted by Mariana with professionalism at the door. The pizza was fresh and constantly updated on the buffet. I appreciate Cici’s trying new recipes, and the Nashville Chicken with pickles was interesting. Jonathan courteously took our order for a custom sausage/mushroom/jalapeno (photo), and the pizza was ready in maybe 10 minutes! I’ve been to a few Cici’s locations in my time, and this one feels safe, vibrant, and the food was just what you’re looking for at a fast food pizza buffet. I’ll be coming back!

The pizza is honestly horrible if you come before 5pm. The pizza is dry burnt to the point where you dont taste the cheese, hard, cold. By the way the black olive in the salad section I think it went bad it tasted sooo bitter. The great thing is kids dont taste the difference but mine did lol he did love the upgrades in the games! super fun But the food oh my cici has really gone downhill if you go for the kids its fine but for yourself and the kids do yourself a favor go around after 5 a lot more fresh pizza. I also heard something unsanitary about this place. All the pizza thats leftover at 10 at night. It may be depending the manager. They save it and put it out the next day that probly explains why the pizza it scold before 3 hard solid and burnt. This was from a former employee yikes!

Sabrina, Aaron and Lonnie stood out, however ALL the staff were very friendly and helpful. We’re happy you’ve opened up again! The kids have been asking for weeks! It was a good experience. Good selection already prepared, but love that we can request from low carb to BBQ and pineapple to meet the needs of our family of 7! Salad bar, dessert and pizza all tasted and looked fresh and Lonnie really did a great job keeping our table clean and tables and chairs sanitized between seatings. Thank you… See you again soon!

Dirty tables, sticky floors, old pizza, and staff who seem consistently overwhelmed, or just plain over it…. Went at 2 p.m. and THIS is what they tried to serve me after charging me full price, of course! It was supposed to be sausage pizza…. just go to a different place!

My family and I love coming here. We love the Mac and cheese pizza, bbq chicken pizza, salad bar and cinnamon rolls. But what we love the most is the staff. It really seems like they enjoy their job, they are always happy and laughing, they are always attentive to if we need anything. This is one of our favorite places.

I love cici’s pizza but they keep getting my order wrong. First time it was the chocolate dessert without the powdered sugar. Second time I pay extra for Spinach chicken pizza. I just get chicken on the pizza. What gives? Definitely going to stop online ordering and calling instead so I know for sure what I paid for.
