I have not been here in a while, but its still a cool place. We came in the early afternoon and it was quiet and relaxing. There was an older crowd here at this time, no kids. The pizza was amazing, as expected and the salad bar wasn’t bad either, though the beets didn’t taste right. The space was clean, neat and orderly. The decor is a little dated, but still good. I think I’ll be back.

We had a great experience at CiCi’s Pizza! The restaurant was clean, well-stocked, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The food was fresh and exactly what we were craving.
I especially want to recognize one of their best employees, EJ. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient throughout our visit. I watched him handle multiple tasks at once with ease while still treating every customer with genuine care and respect. His calm and positive attitude really stood out and made our experience even better.
Employees like EJ make a big difference, he’s a true asset to this location. We’ll definitely be back!

Went for lunch today. There wasn’t much of a selection today. I could have asked for them to make me a specific pizza, however I was on a time limit. Water from the fountain wasn’t very good, either.

This was our first Cici’s experience in El Paso and it wasn’t my favorite. The pizza on the buffet was old and hardly warm. We asked for a specialty and it came out undercooked. The dough was still raw in the middle. The staff wasn’t attentive and the restaurant wasn’t the cleanest.

Pizza dry must have been sitting there for awhile had to order fresh one so go there knowing it gonna take 20 to 30 mins to get a good fresh pizza other then that pizza was great try the BBQ pizza

This is the best Cicis I’ve been too. Stopped in on a busy Friday night and the restaurant area was very clean, they were quickly cleaning tables as they became empty. The salad and pizza bar stayed full despite the place being full. All the employees were very polite!
