I came from Las Cruces, NM to eat here. In Las Cruces, the Cici’s Pizza had been closed for years & found that there were Several in El Paso. I chose this one because of good reviews & it was close to some stores my wife & I were going to visit.
We had a good time here. Came at 7pm on a Friday night & the dining room was full. Lots of kids, lots of families but it wasn’t rowdy or loud. There was still plenty of tables still available.
The food was good, pizza was hot, soda was good. The marinara (red) sauce needed more flavor, but with some salt & pepper it was good too.
The staff was kind & polite. The gentleman who took our dirty dishes was very respectful. I can’t wait to come back again!

Really great pizza and even better customer service. The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Definitely coming back!

Pretty solid place. Decent prices and good promotions. Seems in touch with the community from stuff on the monitors and posted on the walls. Staff is pretty nice at the counter and when you’re leaving.
I’d say just have a place where customers can stack dishes so they don’t need to be left on the table.

I have always loved Cicis pizza since I was a teenager and they opened in the early 90s. They offer Military Discount, so that’s a plus. It’s not the greatest pizza , but for a buffet, it’s on point. The disappointment today was the cleanliness of the place. Someone had dropped a couple slices on the floor in front of the buffet, and several employees just walked around it. Took the management to point it out to an employee, and even then he passed to buck to someone else. Just kind of sad to see. The food was good as always. Just gotta clean it up a bit.

Normally love coming here with my husband and friends but when I went last Sunday. I had never used the app before and I asked a simple question and the cashier looked at me like I had just asked her if the sky was blue and it was the stupidest thing she had heard all day. When I went to pay I was going to use a coupon which she double downed on how it’s used and I can only use 1 and I said cool I understand I was only gonna use 1. Went to scan it and she said it scanned the wrong one. Don’t offer to show me what I was doing wrong just deleted it and pointed at the scanner for me to do it again no words nothing. I don’t normally rate places but when you make faces at me with 0 customer service skills well.

Young lady ringing us up didn’t know or care to know the game up front with a clock, and how a customer can win a free buffet by playing said game. When asked about it, she didn’t even know about it, and when she looked, she blew it off, saying they just put it there and didn’t know and asked to take our order again. We didn’t press, though we should’ve. She didn’t want to be there, and it showed. They’re hiring, and they need better people up front for sure.
Went at open’ish. Everything was super fresh, and none of it had time to sit. Even the salad stuff was on point. Good food experience. Props to back of the house peeps on the baked goods.
They had just about EVERY kind of Sport and Motorsports that was going on, on every TV, which is about 6 or 7…. was pretty cool to see actually, they just didn’t have sound for good reason. Running a ROKU setup. Nice.
Management needs to explain changes that occur to pricing and promotions to their employees in a more timely manner.
Was a bad start, but it ended well. Room for improvement. Customer service goes a long way. 3 stars. I still recommend it.

You know what you’re getting with cici’s. Cheap cheap cheap cheap. There’s nothing wrong with that. The pizza I would say is mid to low tier. But they do have some creative pizzas such as their mac and cheese pizza. I personally have one of those ordered for my table with them adding tomatoes and sausage and it is the best thing on the planet.

The food is extremely greasy. My husband and I immediately had stomach pain when we got home. The buffet is way too expensive for that food. A few things were ok but some just inedible. Definitely way too expensive for what you get.

It’s a real great experience with staff, and Monday thru Thursday between 2 pm and 4 pm buffet is half price, great pizza just the way you want it , just gotta place a special order
