At the time of my visit, the restaurant appeared to be very clean. The restrooms was clean and the game room clean. The dining room was not extremely busy. Pizza was coming to the buffet regularly. No complaints from me. Staff was friendly.

The food was relatively good but the service and the atmosphere was trash. I could get over the number of teens hanging out making a mess but what really got me was that one of the employees on shift had half the dining room closed off so her daughter could sit and watch tv. It was obvious she was the child of the employee and had likely been there all day eating and dominating the tv. It was really odd and off putting. Mind you it was 7pm on a Monday. We won’t return unfortunately.

The food was good nothing special but fills you up, kids would love it my kids did. Service was good. Now the games DO NOT I repeat DO NOT play them games some of the machines work some don’t it’s not worth it to lose your money figuring out which ones do and don’t. I lost near $30 because I’d already purchased a $20 play card and $10 coins hardly anything worked.
So let your kids eat and then leave is my advice happy hour was legit paid $20 for one adult and three kids

Cicis is still a great value for families. When I go to buffets I don’t expect great food or pizza but I just want a clean eating environment.

Cicis in Midland is both extraordinarily clean and GOOD pizza. The manager works hard you can tell by watching her.

This one definitely deserves a return visit or three for us. It’s in a pretty convenient part of town off of 20.

I saw kids complaining that the video games were stealing their tokens but I dunno the validity to these bold claims haha.

Not gonna lie, I’ve left reviews for different cc all across the US… None of them got five stars.. however, this place blew it out the water… I got this pizza custom-made, and they brought it to me and it was probably one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had in my life..

The atmosphere was great, and the service was friendly… I don’t know if this is the experience everyone will have, but I had a great one !!!

I took my Daughter and my 3 year old Grandson to CiCi’s this morning when they opened, because we were out playing at the park this morning and it’s close by where they live. We got there when it opened. They hardly had any food made, when we got there. For starters it was $30 and some change for two freaking buffets. I mentioned it to the lady she said that’s why you should come at happy hour, it would have saved you $10. I asked him if they were going to have pepperoni mushroom pizza they made me do a special order which I didn’t need I just wanted it for the bar so I could get a slice or two. They brought us a personal one, but when we went to leave, they wouldn’t give us a box because, we didn’t order wings. I couldn’t give them a zero the only thing nice I could say about them is that the lady at the kitchen was nice. Even their ball machine took the quarters we were trying to use to get a ball for my grandson.

Never really had a problem with this place I’m 30 years old and grew up in this town have spent hundreds possibly thousands of dollars eating here just to come in with my partner one day and randomly be told we have to leave and not given any reason I’ve been a loyal customer to this location since it opened and all of a sudden two guys come in together and it’s a problem? The lgbtq community will be hearing about this I cannot believe this it’s 2025 and this kind of unfair treatment is unacceptable when we fought for rights when we shouldn’t have had to just like every other minority out there

Very clean ,great environment you can tell employees have positive attitudes.
The pizza is always fresh out of the oven and great variety …what they lack is a little more detail on the personal special order pizzas
It wasnt what I expected ..hardly any cheese and over the top ingredients …overall it was a good experience definitely recommend to bring the family in
