Great value for the price. I really liked the macaroni pizza and the cheese bread is extremely cheesy. I feel like its missing more options for the salad bar.

All the pizza with out pork (i don’t eat pork) was delicious. Great service the team was welcomeing and they all had a smiley face with a great attitude. They quickly restocked items and got me a pizza that I asked for, Will definitely be back to this location unlike others mentioned in their reviews.

I ordered 3 simple items through uber eats and they messed up two of them. When this happens, they make you re order and pay the fees and tip all over again. They don’t pay attention to the orders. It was literally 4pm when I ordered so it’s not like they were busy, they are just careless. Won’t order from here again. Also the Mac n cheese pizza I ordered was so soaked from the runny cheese I couldn’t eat the pizza correctly. The toppings would literally fall off as soon as I grab the crust to hold it so I had to let them fall off, then scoop them up with pieces of the pizza. Never again.

The only thing I can say is that I got up to get some pizza and the lady took my cup, it’s a very busy location but those ladies do clean and do they best to get more tables available the pizza was fresh and good. And just maybe since it’s so busy y’all should do make some type of system so the cleaning lady will know when someone is done.

During my visit, the rotation remained limited to about six types—sausage, pepperoni, cheese, jalapeno, spinach, meat lovers, and the unique chicken and waffles option. Unfortunately, even with these limited choices, the staff struggled to keep up with demand. I observed several moments when the buffet line was emptied by eager customers, leaving brief gaps before it was replenished, only to be swiftly emptied again.
Despite the high traffic, the staff handled the challenge admirably. They were friendly, attentive, and maintained quality standards for each pizza put out. The pizzas served were warm and on par with what you’d expect from CiCi’s, maintaining their classic flavors and texture. However, the limited selection and the difficulty in keeping up with demand led to extended waits, detracting from the overall experience.
Ultimately, I’m giving this location 4 out of 5 stars. The quality and taste hold steady, but the variety and pacing could use improvement to fully satisfy the crowd. If you’re nearby and craving CiCi’s, this spot will hit the mark—just be prepared for potential wait times during peak hours.

Placed order online for 2 poppers. Quoted 15 mins waited 25 mins and was informed 1 dropped so it would be an extra 3 mins. It’s lunchtime/crunchtime very unacceptable

today I wanted to enjoy some pizza with my kiddos and after having our meal and got home, I experienced a lot of stomach pain, diarrhea, and vomiting…. I contacted the restaurant and asked for a refund and the female manager just refused to return my money. definitely will not be returning to cici’s anymore.

The spinach pizza always calls me back.
Be sure to give it a try. Mostly the 5stars due to nostalgia. But food remains consistent most of the time downsides would be sometimes it can be a bit messy inside and the homeless people outside could deter some folks but pay them no mind and you’re in the pizza buffet heaven.
