Was on vacations last week and we decided to stop at this location because it had good reviews about buffet varieties. Was dinner time around 5:30-6 and the buffet was empty. They need more staff to prepare the pizza. They only had one guy making the pizzas and one cleaning the buffet bars. Maybe they don’t prepare with enough time for dinner time if that’s one of the pick hrs for restaurants. We waited 10 min to get pasta because wasn’t ready to put out.

Food great. My complain will be the manager berating an employee in front of the food line. He was pointing fingers, and shout whispering at her. She was visibly upset and walked away. He continued belittling her on the front near the register. This is inappropriate, unprofessional and just ugly character to be doing this to someone, let alone in front of customers. Ruined my family’s dinner seeing the disrespectful behavior. He had no name tag but he has his sides shaved and a ponytail. Do better as a manager.

THE BAD: Pizza is mid-tier, slightly better if you get it served fresh. But it’s heavily processed food that will WRECK your GI tract if you’re human. Proceed with extreme caution… (backstory below)
A group of friends wanted to go here on 12/14. It was more budget friendly than BBQ, so I went along. …I’ve been paying for this mistake for the last 24 hours.
No, it’s not food poison. But in order to produce cheap buffet food and still make a profit, the ingredients are heavily processed and “spreadsheet purchases”. Think massive gas and bloating that lasts for long periods, leading up to vocanic BMs. That’s about all I’ll say over the interwebs.
Read my other food and restaurant reviews for context: I seldom leave negative reviews. But out of respect for your “innards”, I had to share with the class.

Absolutely amazing!!! My family and I drive from North Austin to this location in Kyle because it has the best food quality and it’s the cleanest from all the other Cici’s I’ve been to! The guy Oscar made me my pizza to my liking, he didn’t hesitate to make it like the other locations where they mean mugged me for asking for a pizza and not eating what is already on the table! Hands down, the best! Thank you again Oscar!

I’m only leaving this positive review because of Jeremy. He was hustling and keeping this place running during a crazy busy Saturday. From what I could tell, the rest of the staff were mostly high school kids doing their best, but it was clear the restaurant was way understaffed for how busy it was.
Whoever owns or runs this location (if it’s a franchise) really needs to step it up. Kyle is a fast-growing, family-oriented city, and this place should be staffed and run a lot better. Jeremy kept things together, but he shouldn’t have to carry the load like that — ownership needs to do better.

It was great what they did have to offer the only thing they didn’t have was all the sweets to choose from on the like they have a vanilla like dessert with vanilla pudding in it and the apple like cinnamon rolls. But they were very busy they kept running out of stuff fast good business and the salad was great loved the toppings they had for the salad

They try their best to keep up with keeping the lines filled with fresh pizza! I know it’s tough in these summer days when lots of parents and hungry kids are constantly visiting. Very friendly staff! They’ve also gotten to know my family as a result of our frequent visits lol and the manager has memorized my fiance’s custom requested pizza. If it’s your thing, try it out!! Buffalo chicken and Mac and cheese pizza
