My boyfriend and I frequent this Cicis location but this experience was terrible. Usually we have a fine time, but this time the pizza tasted weird, almost like the cheese was sour. We never ask for refunds, but this time we just felt it was better to go somewhere else and come back at a better time, especially considering they didn’t have very much pizza out and we’d only eaten 1 slice between the 2 of us. The cashier was a manager, an older man with white hair, and he was very rude about my refund request. When I told him we simply didn’t like the pizza after having only 1 slice, he insisted there was nothing wrong with it and told us to stay since they could make more pizza. I thought it was weird that he was getting so defensive about it and when I insisted that we weren’t really wanting to stay, he told me he saw no reason to give me my money back even though I was very kindly asking for a refund. My boyfriend then helped me out and tried to explain that we like Cicis, we just thought the pizza tasted weird and we weren’t trying to cause any issues, but the manager kept arguing with us and saying he didn’t believe us. It was very very rude behavior, especially from a manager who should know how to act better than that, especially when we were being very understanding about it. After a few minutes of essentially having to beg for our money back, he very reluctantly handed it over, still arguing and ranting to us the entire time. When we grabbed the money we said thank you and he turned around and ignored us. Super disappointing experience and left a very bad taste in our mouths, figuratively and literally.

All you can eat, no different in the menu,, all pizza look the same, all have the same a lot cheese, with something else. Good because you have the choice of salad bar. That make you something else, you can try.

The food I had here hurt my stomach and had me curled on my bed for a good hour. There was also no sauce on any of the pizzas. Customers were rude and there was a weird smell throughout the restaurant. However, the service was good and I put no blame on the employees. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend coming here no matter the price. If cheap pizza is what you’re looking for, go somewhere else.

Firstly, I would like to state that I work in retail, and I understand things happen that are out of management’s control. I would also like to state that technology has its downs, and I am not one to argue with that. However, my experience at CiCi’s today with manager Johnathon, who was working the register the entire time, left a very bad taste in my mouth.
I went first and paid for my friend and me using Apple Pay. The transaction went through immediately. I had the charge and the money withdrawn from my account. However, the receipt didn’t print, and Johnathon said, “oh, it didn’t go through.” I showed him the charge on my phone, but he insisted it hadn’t processed. Then he said, “oh, the printer’s jammed,” and pulled out an old receipt from a previous customer. If that was the real issue, he should have noticed that the first time.
I told him the payment had come out of my account and that I didn’t want to pay again. He said, “well, this happens all the time, it didn’t take it out,” and blamed my bank. Despite having proof in front of him, he refused to acknowledge it, so I paid again just to move on.
After eating, I went back to ask about the refund he said I could get in a few days. I politely told him, “If this happens all the time, you might want to call and have someone come fix it.” He said, “well, actually, we can’t,” and continued to be rude and dismissive. When I asked how I was supposed to get my refund if their system only showed one charge, I had to ask him three times before he even answered.
He eventually said he’d “take a picture to cover us first,” but the photo only showed one transaction, not the two that were clearly taken from my account. He was more concerned with “covering” himself than helping a paying customer.
To top it off, when my best friend’s boyfriend calmly spoke up, Johnathon immediately backed away and raised his hands like he was being threatened, completely unprofessional behavior.
I was charged twice, and now I have to go through my bank to dispute it because this location refuses to take responsibility. If a manager admits that “this happens all the time,” it should be fixed not blamed on customers. I will not be returning to this CiCi’s until management, especially Johnathon, is replaced with someone who knows how to handle customer service respectfully and professionally.

I just wanted to thank the manager and her staff for providing amazing services. Manager asked me while I was looking for my favorite pizza toppings. I didn’t see. She radio her staff to prepare me hot and fresh bacon with meat lovers toppings. OMG yummy….then the BBQ…to die for. So if you ever drop by this location and something that was not on the buffet line, ask for it. Thank you and keep up the amazing work ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve been here more than few times and I’ve never had a great experience. Nothing is ever consistent! Not the food, not the service. What you can count on is cold pizza and poor customer service. The manager was no exception. He was pretty rude from the jump. My mom asked him questions about the menu options. He literally said nothing and pointed with his index finger to the menus sitting at the register. No hello, no goodbye. Y’all need to find someone else to manage this place. It’s budget pizza, but it’s not a prison. We don’t need you to treat us like we are here for free food. The only good thing I can say is that they FINALLY did something with the interior. It was clean and they redid the decor.

The place itself is a great idea in terms of cost and how much you can actually eat is great.
The food on the line is usually not the freshest and you can taste that. However you can ask for customized pizzas and they come out fresh.
If it’s good or not fully depends on who is making them. However, it already puts you at a better position for enjoying your food versus if you ate off the buffet line.
The manager here is a 5 star on his own. He is super sweet. However, the place itself is a 3-4 due to cleanliness. It is family friendly but that apparently means unsanitary areas. The bathrooms ruined my appetite while I was here. The floors are usually crumbled covered and the chairs sticky.
However, there is a gaming center for kids and families.

I usually enjoy Cicis, but during my recent visit, I had an uncomfortable experience with the drink-sharing policy during the $5.99 buffet deal. I fully understand the rule and was ready to comply, but I believe the manager spoke to me in a dismissive tone, saying “too bad, you have to get up and buy a cup now.”
An employee who ended up charging me for the new cup added, “Yeah, sorry, he’s very strict on that when it comes to the $5.99 deal,” even though this is not an officially enforced policy. While I understand that the owner can set stricter rules, the way it was communicated felt unnecessarily harsh and made the experience unpleasant .
I hope the management can enforce rules in a clearer and more courteous way in the future so all guests feel welcome.

Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Rolls are one of the best deserts I have tasted in my entire life. Other than that, this Cici’s is a special one. Pizzas were on point. Pasta was, as expected, very average but that doesn’t matter. Cleanliness and atmosphere was good as well. Had a great night and have been thinking about this meal for a bit, especially those cinnamon rolls.

Me and my boyfriend love Cici’s Pizza, and we stopped by this location for the buffet today. Almost immediately upon arrival, we were talked to very rudely by the cashier. He told us that we couldn’t have our water bottle out, which isn’t an issue, but he was incredibly rude and insistent about it. He repeated himself about 4 times in less than a minute even though we had clearly been trying to put it away.
Aside from that, we both ate a ton at the buffet and overall enjoyed our meal & experience. I personally always love the cinnamon rolls. I did notice that the pizza wasn’t cut correctly so it was a little hard to grab a piece from the tray, but that’s not a big deal. For two adults, we paid $28 which isn’t bad at all.
After our meal, we decided to play some of the games. I spent $15 on the play card and we got a decent amount of play time. I LOVE claw machines, however I was sad to see that the machines at this location were a little hard to win. The Bryan location (just down the road) is a lot easier, not rigged much at all.
