I keep trying to give this location a chance because is the closest to me. But I’m definitely not returning back after my last visit. Person at the front desk didn’t greet or ask anything just charged me and left. Cool I don’t need a whole convo. But then there was no pizzas in the buffet we waited for more than 10 minutes and when my child would asked them how long for a regular pepperoni pizza they kept saying soon. Restroom has no changing table for a baby. The smell of the Restroom is all over the restaurant. Their ac never works properly. Their fountain drink is a hit or miss. The play area is not even playable. I’ll rather take a long drive and take my kids to a better cicis this location is not it. We are usually greeted by a guy that is always there and he is the best always kind and attentive. Attach are photos of the seats literally broken. A ham and cheddar pizza with just one ham quality is not the best.

Best food buffet at a great price. For a limited time it is $5.99 Monday and Tuesday as of Nov. 2025. You always get fast friendly service. The pizzas, salad bar, chicken wings, soups, cinnamon rolls, and brownies are always served fresh. I will definitely frequent this place more often when passing through and order my personal favorite, a spinach pizza, as always.

I will not be returning after my first time trying this location. The place was absolutely filthy. There was dirty plates and food all over the floor and tables. The pizza was luke warm at BEST and very stiff. Workers just stood there looking at customers when they could’ve helped at least clean the location up a little. There was also containers filled with solution with eating utensils just sitting in them where the trash cans are. It made my partner and I very uncomfortable and queasy. I do not recommend this location.

Old, dry, rock hard pizzas will remain on the serving counter for hours, untill some one has the courage to put them on their plate. This place never fails to disappoint. I don’t think management realizes that variety and freshness will keep people coming back. I always have to drive to Pasadena to the location on Spencer in order to have good CiCi’s pizza.

Yes, buffet is open during post pandemic drama! The cashier was super nice and the pizza was in line with the CiCis you remember! Mac & Cheese pizza was really good this time around too! Clean restaurant and small arcade to make the kids leave you alone was A++++. Gumball machines from olden’ days are a nice touch!

First experience with CiCi pizza. I was super shocked at the price. It was so cheap especially to have an open buffet. The employees look exhausted and burned out though. The whole store was dirty with plates and pizza thrown all over the floor/tables. The game room was inoperable. The best part for me was the salad. The pizza was mainly just bread with very tiny toppings. I did enjoy seeing the rotation of the pizza, but the quality was not tasty. They also served pasta.

Cici’s Pizza is the only place where I walk in intending to have “just a slice” and walk out wondering if I need to repent. The pizza is chaotic in the best way, the dessert pizza is basically a warm hug and the buffet turn everyone into a competitive athletes. I regret nothing.

Really surprised by this location. Most drinks didn’t work. No ice. Pizza was awful. It was as if they were in such a rush that they forgot to get toppings. No parm, croutons, bacon bits….just empty salad bar bins.

The guy making pizzas keeps adding time on the pepperoni to burn it so nobody takes it. Watching perfect pizza after perfect pizza roll out the door to have to ask for a pepperoni for him to burn another one. Highly hate this place now
