Very busy this afternoon! Salad bar was well stocked! Pizzas were flying! Lots of fresh! Ordered personal pizza, no problem! Desserts were well stocked! Just very crowded at 1 30 in afternoon!

I recently visited CiCi’s Pizza and I have to say, it tastes better than it used to. This location really impressed me. The pizza was fresh, hot, and they actually put a good amount of cheese on it. You can tell they’re not skimping like some places do.
Overall, this is hands down the best CiCi’s I’ve visited.
Everything tasted well-made and consistently stocked, and the value for the price is honestly hard to beat. For an affordable buffet, the quality was surprisingly good. This location definitely stands out and I’ll be coming back.

RUDE STAFF including female manager who wouldnt give name or number for corporate. They said they were busy and personal pizza would take 20 minutes because they do the buffet and online orders first. Not in order of who ordered first but buffet and online first. Watched them do buffet twice. Go up at 25 minutes and order wasnt even started. Employee at buffet was rude and manager was rude and talking about me in spanish. His surprise when I told him I speak spanish. Tried to talk to the manager and employee stood their listening whole time. Went back to my table and the same employee brought me my pizza and continued arguing with me at the table. I have been coming here for about 10 years and this place has went downhill. By their standards I could have ordered from the parking lot online and got my order faster and without all the rudeness. Needs to be better staff and managers should act like it and not try to be the staffs friend.

They say 10$ for adult buffet, be prepared to spend 3.50per drink so the buffet is actually 13.50 per adult.
But they put it like this to get onto low cost list when you search restaurants.
Not worth the price and not worth my time if your going to hide 2$ costs in your drinks.

It was like old times at cici. The wings are very small and not so good. You can still order your specialty pizza and they bring to the table. Some of the drinks didn’t work but there are lots of arcade games.

I’ve visited this place a few times with my family for their buffet days and never had any issues. However, today I called in a pizza order for my nephew’s birthday party and picked it up in-store. Later, when he grabbed a slice, my nephew asked me, “What is this?” and showed me the pizza. I was shocked to see that it was randomly sprinkled with something that wasn’t cheese. I used Google Lens to identify what it was and discovered it was fly eggs or larvae! I am NEVER going back here again. I didn’t eat any of it, but I almost threw up just thinking about it. Make sure to zoom in on the picture I posted.

It’s been many past lives ago, to eat at a Cici’s, well Nancy felt the same way and we did it-stopped for lunch! It was $9 using AARP, and Nancy had $5 off for veterans. Now I’ve got to detox after having those crispy sugar topping cinnamon rolls. I am praying I’ll wake up in the morning ,,,, for my arteries survive! So yummy

This location is amazing and makes all other ones look bad !!! This location is soo clean and the staff is on point !!! Silverware container was empty and as soon as the staff was made aware they ran to get more . The entire salad bar and buffet was full!! Other locations your lucky to find 2 pizzas and don’t even think about desserts !! Everything was soo clean it was very impressive!! 6 STARS!! Highly recommended and hats off to the staff !!!
