I went there this Thursday morning the guy infront i think his name was Luis (sorry if i spelled it wrong) was super nice , the food was really good, they got my personal pizza out fast which was awesome! Compared to other times i come in the morning. I saw Luis helping these older ladies with the door, hes super attentive and sweet and helping, the cook lady was super nice too love to see it!!!

I was most excited about the salad bar, and the lettuce was from frozen (per the manager) and was mushy. Their selection of pizza was lacking and they were not regularly rotating/putting out fresh pizzas, so most of what we had was old with stale crusts. The best part of our meal was the cinnamon rolls that came out fresh and were gone in minutes. Meh.

Haven’t been to a Cici’s in years… went in today and it was horrible! First impression: the manager was arguing with some lady at the register while we stood there waiting to be greeted …. Almost $30 for two adults with beverages… I could’ve gone to a nice Chinese buffet or anything nicer for that! I could’ve stayed home and ordered an incredible Dominoes/Pizza Hut order! The salad bar had no lettuce, just some spinach leaves… it was dirty and looked horrible… the pizza was just ok… every trip back to get a plate and they were all soaken wet! In the restaurant industry it’s a 2-Part standard Clean AND Dry! I honestly feel like we got scammed out of $30! We paid full price for a buffet missing standard items (like Salad/lettuce at the Salad Bar!) total rip off!

Walked in to a bunch of dirty tables with plates and couldn’t even sit at a booth it stayed that way the whole time we were there. Apparently making a custom pasta bowl costs extra here (never been an issue at other Cicis), and the staff seemed confused about it. Pizza options were limited, with trays either half empty or mixed together. Overall, the place was buns.

Love the restaurant. The salad bar were always clean and fresh. I saw the employee was taking care of it every single minute. Love the pizza selection there and we can make our own pizza. They also have sweet pizza to choose. It’s a good place to have a bite or students want to hang out. Highly recommended!

I visited Cicis pizza frequently because I live over 16 years next door. Me and my grandson for us is the best place. I revisited the plac e when I had my vacation in February from Philippines to visit my daughter and the first thing I did is took my over 6ft grandson to Cicis pizza to enjoy their delicious pizza and made happy memories. Shall visit again next time I get back to Texas. Thank you for the crispy pizza always fresh as you order. The best!
