I ordered a pizza today, and I am absolutely furious with the staff. Their behavior was completely irresponsible and dishonest. I placed my order online and went to pick it up. The employees knew the pizza was completely burnt black, yet they still handed it to me without a word and turned their backs.
When I got home and opened the box, I was shocked and disgusted — there are no words to describe how angry I was. The person who gave me that pizza clearly saw it was ruined but still chose to hand it to me. That is not just poor service — it’s deliberate deception and total disrespect toward a loyal customer.
I’ve been a frequent customer here, but after this experience, I feel completely betrayed. This is unacceptable and unprofessional in every way.
To anyone reading this: be very careful — always open and check your food before you leave this place. As for me, I will never come back again, and I’ll make sure others know how terribly they treat their customers.

The “manager” stated upon dining in the meal for 2 adults and a child for a total of $34 and change. Upon checking the transactions (after I left) I was charged $44.00. Went back to correct the funds. I was then told that I’d have to wait to get my money back. Horrible horrible customer experience. My family had such a great experience at this CiCi’s tonight. The manager Enrique showed extraordinary kindness to not only my husband and I but also our boys, making them feel included and welcomed and that we all had everything we needed. That man truly deserves a raise! You don’t see that level of genuine customer service very often anymore. Because of him, this is the location I’ll choose to come back to even though it’s farther from where I live. This location was extremely clean, had fresh sweets, salad bar, and pizzas continuously. Big thanks to the staff for making our visit feel welcoming!

If you plan on dining in or perhaps ordering online I highly advise you to take a few minutes and read my review. On Sunday 10/05/25 I placed an online order which consisted of a large family meal. I don’t know where to begin with a horrible experience I endured. My pizza and wings were overcooked and toasted at the bottom. The two deserts that I ordered were under cooked and still raw. Immediately I called and spoke with the person in charge named Enrique he he stated he would have to speak with the higher management team to see what could be done. He returned my call and stated that I would have to return all the ordered items to show the cooks the compliant. I informed him I have kids at home and they have basically almost finished the food. I was shocked and told Enrique to disregard because I don’t have tine for this and that I would put a bad review. Overall horrible experience NEVER again will I return!

I use to be a manager at Sears Hardware from 2000-2002. I ate at this CiCis pizza several times. I’ve since moved back to this area. After 23 years I ate the Cicis Pizza on Fuqua. It is still the same way I remembered it. Good food and great friendly employees. Enrique was the one to greet me. He was extremely friendly. I wish every place had an employee like him.

Friday at 6 pm horrible! Tables were dirty. Ordered a pizza to my table all employees said no that they put it out on the buffet only. The buffet did not have any options not even the classic pepperoni they had the cheese and pepperoni. Their sodas were flat the machine is not being serviced. I’m not one to take the time for negative but it was a very bad location! I’d rather take the drive to league city!

Enrique went out of his way to make our visit enjoyable and amazing even though we showed up before closing he made sure we had plenty to eat and didn’t feel rushed at all. I lost faith in most CICIS locations but this one brought me back and I’ll.b E happy to return again☺️

Good place to get a quick bite. The staff are kind and will take an order for a specialty pizza that you would like to have. Nice drink selection as well. The place is clean and sanitized tables are a plus!
