!!!Please Read the Reviews Before Coming, !!!! They Have !!!!ROACHES!!! I came with my kids on a Wednesday around 6pm to start there were no pizzas so we have to ask the girls employees to make some ,they with a no so good attitude reply yes , so whatever we paid already we seat eat whatever pizza they put out , we were not the only ones there other people there complaining about the same no pizza in a pizza buffet, so after some time they kids were eating I was talking to my friend and suddenly we saw a roach in the table next to the plates so we stand up right away and speak to the person in charge he said he the manager young boy and he just say to change to another table like be for real yall have a roaches problem so anyway we left and no they didn’t apologize or refund our money . Health Department Definitely needs to do an inspection here and yes I’m calling them

From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The interior is spacious with plenty of seating, making it comfortable even during busy times. I also appreciated the few arcade games, which add a nice touch of entertainment.
The buffet selection during lunch was great, offering a good variety of pizzas that were constantly being replenished and came out fresh and hot. Beyond the pizza, having options like chicken soup, pasta, and a basic salad bar really rounded out the meal. Everything tasted delicious and fresh, which is exactly what you hope for in a buffet setting.
What truly stood out was the cleanliness of the dining room. The staff were constantly cleaning, ensuring a pleasant and tidy environment for all guests. This attention to detail really made a difference.
The value for the buffet and drink was excellent, and there was plenty of parking available in the strip center, which made the visit hassle-free. Overall, Cicis Pizza offers a wonderful, family-friendly dining experience with fresh food, a clean atmosphere, and genuinely welcoming service. We arrived at 6:30 pm for my son’s Birthday party. First the gentleman in the front couldn’t get the scanner to work for my rewards then wouldn’t give me a receipt saying they ran out of paper.
More of my family arrived forced to pay extra for togo drinks because they didnt have regular cups to give out. My niece asked for parmesan cheese she was yelled at by the manger in Spanish that it was at the salad bar. She went looked there was no cheese she again asked the manager who yelled at her again that it there and she knows it’s there, she ran over to the salad bar and it was empty.
They refilled it no apology nothing just walked away.
My parents asked for flatbread (thin crust) pizza they made the thickest thin crust I’ve ever seen they told her that’s not what they wanted the manager again got mad and said they needed to eat the pizza or be charged extra for it. They asked me to go up and ask for the pizza how they like it. When I went up and asked for flat bread she just told me they ran out of dough and wouldn’t make it anymore until tomorrow.
In a fit of rage I pulled out my phone and paid the 12.99 to order the flat bread pizza
15 minutes later when I went to the front to get my order they did not want to give it to me. The manager then threw it on the counter and said HERE!. The kids in our group wanted brownies but none were never put out. We heard other patrons ask for brownies the manager would ask how many they wanted and would give them, but when we asked she would tell us that they were out and didnt have any. I have been coming to this location all my life since I was a child im now 30 and my son loves this place more than chuck e cheeses. But I will never frequent this location again. I wish they never closed the HWY 6 location near Lazer zone.

I’m honestly disappointed with my recent visit. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was a strong smell of cleaner so strong that it felt like I could taste it while trying to eat. It made the whole experience uncomfortable.
Several tables had napkins left underneath them, which made the place feel unclean and poorly maintained.
A big issue was the lack of food labels. My friend can’t eat pork, and she had a hard time figuring out which pizzas were safe for her. Having clear labels is basic and important for dietary restrictions, and it shouldn’t be guesswork.
The biggest issue was how long the food was left sitting out. Pizzas were getting cold and hard, and instead of replacing them with fresh ones, staff waited until people forced themselves to finish the old slices. That’s punishing to customers we deserve fresh food, especially at a buffet we’re paying for.
Overall, I didn’t enjoy my experience and left feeling disappointed. I truly hope management addresses these issues so future visits can be better.

Do NOT eat here, litterally in line getting my pizza and there was a medium size roach just walking along the salad bar. I immediately requested a refund and the guy in front didnt even hesitate, didnt ask where the roach was didnt even go try to look for it. Just processed my refund and took the next customer.

The service and employees were awesome! The food came out piping hot, and when we requested a pizza due to dietary restrictions, the pizza makers were very kind in immediately saying they would make the pizza for us. Also, we got the 5.99$ deal, and you just can’t beat that value nowadays so it was an awesome experience with great food and service. Thank you!

Buffet and drink $11.78. Good selection of pizzas during lunch time. Chicken soup, pasta, and basic salad are also available. Obviously it’s a buffet and the quality of food reflects it. The staff is very friendly. Large interior with plenty of seating and a few arcade games. Plenty of parking at the strip center. The staff was constantly cleaning in the dining room. However, the restrooms need to be upgraded.

I took a group of 35 students to Cici’s. This location was wonderful! The food was so fresh and great variety. The establishment was clean. The salad bar was fresh and clean. Paula was the manager, and she made sure our students were well taken care of. She was so helpful and kind to our students. All of her employees took great care of us — especially Sofia. We even got a group picture with Paula and Sofia. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment–especially if you have a group of students or any large group and need a reasonably priced establishment with great food and impeccable service.

To start off the salad was brown and very wilted. We got there around 1:15. Place wasn’t too full, but there was only 3 pizza selections it took them forever to make more pizzas. Staff was semi rude and seemed annoyed. We spent around 80.00. Definitely not coming back to this location
