Today 08/19/25 Tuesday Called the manager, was told $5.99 adult coupons where accepted as long as I had the code on my phone. Showed it in-store he said it was good. Didn’t fix the price and had to pay the regular $9.18 price.

Cici’s Pizza, Ordered All You Can Eat, My Favorite Pizza is Spinach Pizza it was so delicious. Had a salad with ranch and black olives. So delicious. Dessert was brownies, and cinnamon dessert. Very delicious. All the employees were so friendly, Greeted when we walked in and left. Very clean. Wheelchair ♿️ accessible. Saw a lot of Families with Children. They have arcade games for Children. Always took My Daughter there. The food is always delicious. The price for two All You can eat and two medium drinks was $27.02 for two Adults. So very reasonable prices.

Went here for my daughter’s pick restaurant for her birthday. The pizzas they served were very basic and tasted less than good. Very tasteless and covered in grease. The cheese sauce for the noodles was very watery. The salad was probably the best thing there, aside from the brownies. And they had the music on blast! It was very hard to here our conversation and it was deafeningly.

This place used to be top notch but then it closed down for a while and when it reopened it was like a white washed version of itself. Half the staff there used to be and nobody knows what’s really going on. Good luck paying with cash for your food as nobody knows how to count change back anymore. When the pizza is hot and fresh, it’s good but the choices you used to get before it closed down was way more. So I hope you like basic pepperoni or cheese because that’s the main focus. I still enjoy going from time to time and I don’t mind asking for what I want. Just don’t expect it to be like it used to be.

The salad was clean, fresh & delicious! There was plenty of variety of pizza to choose from. And they stocked up the supply of pizza as well. I did not get any pasta, however my girls did & they enjoyed it. The aroma from the chicken noodle soup was so good! My girls enjoyed the deserts very much, my favorite was the garlic cheesy bread. It wasn’t too crowded & very clean. There was a cleaning lady wiping tables & counters. We really enjoyed our lunch visit for the last of 2022!

The ambiance was noticeably unclean and the food lacked proper cooking. The pizza was excessively doughy. The brownies were disappointingly crumbly and the sweet tea was excessively tart.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at CiCi’s Pizza was so unbelievably awful that I felt compelled to share. My group of 13 showed up hoping to enjoy a casual dinner, but what we got was a nightmare from start to finish—especially thanks to the manager.

When we arrived, we were already a big group, but the hostess seemed annoyed and rushed us through seating. No smiles, no warm welcome. Then things got worse. The manager with grey hair and blue eyes, whose name I never caught (and honestly hope I never see again), approached us with a rude, condescending attitude. Instead of accommodating our large party or trying to make us comfortable, he acted like we were an inconvenience to his precious restaurant.

We asked if it was okay to split the bill among our group, a completely reasonable request. He flat-out snapped at us, saying it was “too complicated” and refused to help us. When one of my friends politely asked for extra plates and utensils, the manager rolled his eyes and muttered under his breath about how demanding we were. My entire group felt incredibly unwelcome, and the tension was palpable.

As if the attitude wasn’t bad enough, the food was cold and underwhelming—something I might’ve forgiven if the service had been better. But no, the manager hovered like a hawk, glaring whenever we tried to flag down a server, making the whole experience awkward and stressful.

I honestly don’t know if the manager was having a bad day or if he just hates people, but either way, it ruined our night. We left early, feeling insulted and frustrated. If you’re thinking about going to CiCi’s Pizza, especially with a large group, I’d advise you to reconsider unless you want to be treated like a burden by management.
