Well firstly ALL OF THE FOOD was stale and old when we arrived. Then the manager made us move our table because we sat in a quiet corner they had already cleaned. I wouldn’t be upset if that was just communicated first before we even got our food that half the seating wasn’t allowed to be sat in. The Alfredo pizza had barely any Alfredo. The taco pizza we ordered was pathetic and they only gave us half of the pizza? Then we simply asked for a bag to bring home our pizza crust to our rescue dog that we are trying to spoil. Policy says they can’t give us anything I understand that. But I wouldn’t be SO upset if this wasn’t the worst CiCis pizza I had ever been to. It was dark, silent, uncomfortable and I wish I could from the bottom of my heart ask for a refund. I was already having a horrible day and the family just wanted some good cheap pizza. INSTEAD we got cheap service cheap experience and cheap nasty pizza. Please do not come here I feel more suicidal than when I arrived. $53 for more depression.

This Cici’s is a disappointment. A male employee in particular is a real problem. He consistently charges customers for a large soda even if they ask for a free water cup, and last time, he handed me a oily, greasy cup that had a hair on it. He also told me he couldn’t accept my coupon because the system was down, which was clearly a lie since not even 15mins later a manager was accepting them for other customers. I asked the manager if the system was infact working and he said “yes, why?” and I mentioned how the other male employee is straight up lying to customers. The restaurant itself isn’t much better—it’s often dirty and the food is usually undercooked. It’s just not a good experience and I can’t recommend it.

Horrible staff, rude and can’t even keep a smile or be nice. The lady with glasses was rude and ugly to us and the Hispanic chubby man would scoff at people and was irritated easily. It was so disrespectful and I hope they are fired, people can’t even be kind.

My husband and I went on Saturday dec,13 the pizzas was so old , then they fill the salad bar with a old nasty salad and we ask the manager for a fresh pizzas and she don’t want to make them listen if you can Saturday away for the location and go the one is on 8th street in fort worth.

Absolutely horrible customer service! If I could rate them zero stars I would. I was told by two different employees that they would not make a special request pizza. And one of them was a manager. Then on top of the trash customer service the taste of the pizza was subpar at best. I asked who the general manager was and they only knew his first name. I won’t be back, but y’all need to do better.

Usually good, must be new team or management or something it’s been 8 minutes with not one pizza on the buffet line

I hate I waste my time coming here with my son. I had so many red flags to walk out the door and that’s just what we did. I mean like we weren’t in there not even 10 mins. The atmosphere of one person was so so wrong… We enter into the place and the cashier makes eye contact with me but continue to chat on her cell phone.
Eventually she make her way to the register and sat her phone on the counter with Blanca on her phone call waiting till she handle us ..so she just didn’t even end the conversation to tend to us.. I told her my order and my son needed a regular drink she decided to give and charge for a large one as if she was rushing us to order so she can finish talking. Not only that she decides to service cuz it wasn’t self-serve and she didn’t even put on gloves or anything. A bit snappy may i add… I told my son no lets go. Ma’am may I please have a refund… Anel. Thanks to your lack of customer service… And insisting on speaking with Blanca. We will not be returning.
