We understand that Cici’s is considered “fast food,” and our rating and review reflect a comparison between this particular location and our experiences at other Cici’s restaurants.
We noted that this restaurant is smaller than other locations we’ve visited, and that the food selection was consistent with those other stores. The service was non-existent at this location and we were disappointed when our dishes were collected without being asked if we were finished.

I go here because its closest one to me. It seems the only time food is good is when they are busy. Ate dinner there yesterday and most of the pizza was dried out and deserts. Salad bar did not look very fresh so I passed on that. Hopefully one day it will be good to eat here.

In all my years of coming to CiCi’s, this location is by far the cleanest and most organized I’ve ever seen. The food was hot, fresh, and perfectly stocked. Everything was spotless, from the buffet area to the dining room. I’m honestly shocked at how amazing this location is — it exceeded all expectations. We will definitely be back!

If I could give a negative star I would. The lady at the front register, who also refused to provide her name, was incredibly rude and disrespectful. The way she spoke to my senior mother was completely out of line and she did not provide, at least, some decent customer service. She claim to be the supervisor but literally ignored me when I asked for corporates number and her name. She just sat there and did not respond. A lined started to form behind me because she refused to say anything and ignored me. This location will never be getting my business again and the lady at the front does not know what good customer service or human decency is.

They have delicious crustless pizza! The manager and workers were extremely nice and polite. Jose made sure we were taken care of. Will definitely be coming back!

Terrible terrible terrible. Last time coming here. The toilets are broken. Bathrooms stink. They were filthy… behind the counter are a bunch of buzzer to let customers know when the pizzas for there table are ready. But the lady at the counter told me they don’t make pizzas for just one table. Which is not true. I had to take the whole thing off the buffet for my soccer team family. The restaurant design was really nice but customer service and restrooms suck. And no one comes around to pick up used plates. Maybe they don’t do that anymore but hey it’s a buffet

Went for 5.99 deal and went a little closer to home we usually go to Arlington location on little rd that location has it together and worth the 45 minute drive. Will make the drive next time
Can I please get a refund? I had the guy make me a pizza just to put out on Buffet so he had to remake it again. Service was not good food was not good disappointed

terrible experience, from being judged by the immature employees, to them pulling a prank on us, down to the flavourless soda. food is good as always i have no problems with the establishment, but the employees and people here are incredibly disrespectful and have unacceptable behaviour.
