Atmosphere is always great as long as kids playing and having fun doesn’t bother you. Family friendly place, when we went the buffet was kind of empty, no salad, no pasta, barely any pizza but they were super busy. They always have a nice variety of pizza and desserts. We will return as it gives me a Lil peace while the kids enjoy the play/arcade area.

Don and Summer took care of us greatly. We were unaware that the buffet closes at 9:30 and even though we came in at 9:35 They went ahead and served us and took care of us inside! Kids were able to play games until 10. When they closed. Very thankful for this type of service!

This was definitely the coolest CiCi’s i’ve ever been too. They had a mini arcade inside complete with tickets and prizes you can win. My complaint was that majority of the games were 5 CREDITS! I paid $13 and got 65 credits which comes out to $1 a game. What happened to 2 tokens for a game, seriously its not like that is their bread and butter. The Pizza was good and fresh. However, I can say the same for the salad at the salad bar. It looked questionable and If I was at home probably would have thrown it away. Overall the staff was friendly and the place was clean.

I love cici pizza, don’t get me wrong. It’s the brownies I am sad and disappointed about. The last many times we have gone the brownies have been not been the signature brownies. They have been super cake like and very dry. They are not fudge like at all. One almost has to drink something with one bite or the dryness of it can make you choke. They are horrible.

they keep the food fresh here. rotate the food out frequently. Because it’s always fresh and not that warmed over crud you find at some buffets, this place is busy, but not unbearably busy .

I have been to this Cici’s more times than I can count. This is my only negative experience.
All but one pizza had clearly been out a while, as they were all stiff and chewy.
For the majority of my meal, there was a very loud, very obnoxious repetitive sound coming from the kitchen.
Two tables adjacent to my own had plates on them when I arrived and still had plates when I left. We were one table amongst 5 with customers.
The music was too loud, I felt like I was shouting at times.

Had our childs birthday party here, it was nice to change it up lol. They were amazing with getting us plenty of space for a very large group, and the manager did help with waving some of the cost down also! Just wish they would do like a party package combo type thing for birthdays♡♡

First time in 10 years we had cicis. Food was fine but I wish they offered a different price for those who can only eat 2 slices of pizza and maybe a salad. My wife just had the above. Will probably return again in another 10 years

The customer service was great, except the last time I was there before this time, when you ordered a pizza when you paid, they would put it on the buffet of pizza so other people could enjoy a new taste. Well this time they did not and brought me this very small pizza which looked very undercooked, thrower together without any care at all, and my toppings seemed to be in the center of the pizza. I managed to eat two slices of this very doughy, warm pizza before the dough started to stick to my dentures and making it hard to keep them in my mouth. Talk about embarrassing. I went to the counter to say something but they all seem to busy or preoccupied with more important stuff than to deal with an unsatisfied customer. So I took my loss and walked out unknown to me just a few hours later, I would be hugging my boyfriends toilet throwing up everything it seemed like for the last week I ate, which I was in town visiting from out of town. Finally I stopped long enough for him to bring me home, and when I got home I was crawling to my trash can on my hands n knees to throw up. My stomach hurting so bad I thought I was throwing it up at times. Turned out I had a small case of FOOD POISONING from CICI’S Pizza. They will never get mine or my boyfriends business again. They should of not rushed and made sure it was done threw and threw and put a little extra care into it. Please if you eat there be careful of your food, make sure your little pizzas are getting done.
