After driving all day, we knew this would be a perfect spot to treat our 3 boys, and ourselves! We came late, about an hour before closing, and the food was still all hot and fresh. They even continued to put out fresh pizza and soup as we ate. We were seriously impressed. The only negative was the taste of the tap water. It was really bad, and not drinkable. I would recommend.

So I went to CiCi’s Pizza the other day, and honestly, the food and service were okay — nothing amazing, nothing terrible, just your standard CiCi’s experience. The pizza was decent for the price, some slices were a little overcooked, and the pasta tasted like it came straight from a school cafeteria, but hey, it’s a buffet, so I wasn’t expecting five-star cuisine. The staff were polite enough, they kept the tables clean and restocked the pizza bar regularly, so no real complaints there. But then came the part that absolutely ruined my appetite — I had to use the bathroom. I walked down this narrow little hallway that looked like it hadn’t been updated since 2008, and as soon as I got halfway down, I was hit with the worst smell imaginable. It literally smelled like someone let a dozen unwashed cats live back there — straight-up cat piss mixed with old mop water. I thought maybe it was just a temporary thing, but nope, the second I opened the bathroom door, I realized it was a full-blown biohazard zone. The urinal was broken, like actually out of order but still full of something, and there was what I wish was just water splattered all over the floor. The toilet stall wasn’t any better — it looked like someone had been in a fight with their own digestive system and lost. I had to hold my breath the entire time, and by the time I got out, I felt like I needed to shower immediately. So yeah, CiCi’s gets a solid 6/10 for food and service, but that bathroom experience was straight-up traumatic. I’ve been to gas station bathrooms cleaner than that.

Ordered to go order and picked up today. Medium Beef/onion, giant cheese only, Giant ultimate pepperoni. The medium pizza was good, but the two giants were almost raw in the middle and the Ultimate pepperoni was supposed to come with double the pepperoni but alas it did not. We normally get good Pizza from there so I am not sure what the issue is. Really disappointed though.

Really good and clean CiCis. The hostess/cashier greeted us when we entered. It was busy on a Sunday afternoon with the church crowd. We paid for the buffet and we were pleasantly surprised that they had plenty of hot pizza, including pepperoni, and the buffet never ran out of it. This has not always been my experience with Cicis. Even with the heavy crowd, the restaurant was very clean. Overall, it was a good experience and we will be back.

This was my first time dining there. Pizza was pretty good as long as you weren’t looking for specific ones. (BBQ and spinach). Even requesting them took a considerable amount of time. Sadly, the salad bar is bare bones. Very limited. The kids enjoyed themselves.

I always love Cici’s!!! I don’t care for pizza because of the red sauce but at Cici’s I can always find things to eat. And even the original pizza with red sauce is good, not too much sauce.

Overall it was decent. The food was sub par as far as pizza goes, but the price was right to warrant another trip. Their saving grace is their quantity of pizza. Other places only have around 6-8 pizzas at a time and wouldnt put more on till they were halfway gone while cicis had around 10-12 and was constantly cooking more. I never was waiting around for another pizza.
The taste though was always a bit off. The workers though were great and kept trying to keep the place clean.
Could probably use a serious remodel in the not too far future, it’s showing it’s age.
Oh! They made the arcade a pain now, they use some card reader system like the big arcades in Dallas. I really hate these systems and miss the old quarter machines. I know this won’t change, but I wanted to voice my displeasure at it.
