Yansi helped my wife and I clean up our table so promptly! She was very kind and personable and we saw her interacting with all the guests and was non stop clearing tables and cleaning while we were here.

Rating is expectation vs reality. It’s a Cici’s and I didn’t expect much. Starting from there, I’ve been 3 times in the last 3 months because we had coupons. Service ranged from meh to pretty good from different people each time. This last time was today 1/12/26 around 3pm or so. Guy manning the register was really nice. Decent variety of pizzas available and I appreciate the lack of tomato sauce on them because it gives me acid reflux. So that’s a plus. Dessert pizza is great too. The place is put together, but cleanliness could be better. Serving bars were clean though. No issues there. There were still crumbs and stains on the booth we sat at, but I wiped most of it away. The walls seem to be ignored. We sat in the same general area/corner each time and it looked untouched. That being said, you really only interact with employees when you walk in and pay and I’m not touching the walls. Pizza was good and got some fresh slices. Left full and my wallet was happy. I wouldn’t pay full price, but it’s worth going on a discount.

Good day everyone just wanted to let you all know that I went to eat here today 01/10/26 around 6: 19 to 6:55 pm I saw the front end supervisor open carrot bag and cabbage bag for the salad with his teeth and pour the salad inside the salad bowl I was shocked please someone stop him because no one should be doing that for other people food what if he has something if the corporate is reading this please check the camera between 6:20 pm to 7:30 pm and you should see him doing this he didn’t even hide it unbelievable God almighty help us all I am not going back there.

Where do i even begin? upon our arrival the restaurant was VERY dirty. When going to get my salad i asked one of the workers (the big guy at the cash register who STAYED on his phone and leaning on the cash register) if there were any more croutons, he proceeded to look around confused and say “uhm i don’t think so???” like he didn’t know where things were. i went and sat down to eat, finished, and next thing you know the croutons were out. Very unpleased for my first time coming here.

Firstly, they must have undergone a remodel because it looks so new and updated inside compared to my last visits a decade ago.
Secondly and the reason I’m writing this review (I almost never make time to leave business reviews) is because my dad and I received the best customer service and food quality from any Cici’s restaurant (or buffet restaurant) EVER.
We needed to meet for a quick lunch this past Friday afternoon and we were so impressed by the staff working. We couldn’t have been met with a more pleasant, professional, and welcoming crew. The team members there that morning (11 am) went above and beyond. Every single one. Food was fresh and delicious too! I can’t wait to meet up with my dad on his lunch break again. I wasn’t super excited when he suggested Cici’s at first but I’m your biggest fan now. Thank you guys so much!

Thank you to the employees. You all made this such a nice dinner out. The cashier made sure people understood how to sign up for the coupon program. She was kind and helpful, not pushy. The food service team was moving pizzas onto the bar fast. Every time we had a question about a type of pizza, they put it out promptly. Our plates were cleared from our table as soon as we were done with them. Seriously great team.
My only complaint was that it was a little hot. Didn’t you have awnings on the west side in the past? You probably need to get new ones and crank the AC.

Clean and limited variety on pizza types. Pretty nice salad and I liked the chicken noodle soup. Asian gentleman was nice. Quick bite its ok. Just needs more variety . Garlic bread sticks good.

This was out first visit at this location and I’m glad I tried it out. Andre was awesome not only did he greet us when we walked in but he had a welcoming and friendly vibe. The employees keep all stations full. They are ON IT! They keep fresh pizzas,soups, salads all stocked and well kept. It’s very clean and Andre also walked around the whole restaurant to check on each customer. I reccomend this cicis to anyone!
