Today was my first day eating at Cicis Pizza in gunbarrel and in my opinion it is the best Cicis Pizza in the area. It was extremely clean. The pizza was extremely good and the service was excellent. I have eaten at Cicis Pizza in Terrell, Texas, and Kaufman, Texas and the Cicis Pizza in Gunbarrel Tx is worth the drive. I think it’s the best cc out of all of them in the area. I will definitely come back when I want to eat pizza. God bless.

Got 4 large pizzas and a 16 piece bread sticks when asked for sauce for breads stick she hands me soda cap size container and tell me it’s a dollar plus tax after spending almost 100dollars I tell her what am I supposed to do buy 16 of these little cap size sauces for each break stick. It’s crazy Il never be going back to that place just lost my business for life. Hope they go broke

I came with my husband and daughter. I am lactose intolerant so I can’t eat pizza. I asked if I could just order a salad bar and they said no so I ordered boneless honey bbq wings and was told ‘we don’t have honey bbq’ even though it’s listed on the menu. So she punched in bbq. They were completely out of ranch and the pizza, according to my family was horrible. The wings finally came out after they were finished eating and they were bone-in. We were told it would take 15-20 min for them to cook more so we got a refund. My family was then waiting for them to put more dessert out and the staff were talking crap, loudly about how we didn’t want to wait for the wings but we’re still sitting here. So my husband went and asked if they were putting anything else out bc it was an hour and a half before closing time. The staff was rude to him in response. I left without eating anything and you could tell the staff didn’t care about their jobs at all. I WILL NOT be back! All I wanted was a SALAD!

Great place to grab as many slices of the pizza pie your stomach could handle. Kids love the arcade. Prices for the buffet are affordable. Clean bathrooms. If you don’t want to dine in you can always order a pizza to go.

A well kept up place with plenty of pizza, salad, and desserts to eat. Friendly faces run the buffet and keep the place pretty well clean. They even have a small arcade for the little ones or those who want to kill time and enjoy some time.

A shadow of its former self. Pizza selection is terrible. The quality is awful. Took my 2 teenage sons for lunch, 40 dollars and they barely ate anything due to low quality. Pizza was old, barely had any toppings. Just got home and feel ill. Do not go there. Needs to improve drastically. Quality is low to cut costs, terrible food.

We were greeted by friendly staff. The pizza on the buffet was fresh and they quickly added bbq chicken pizza that I requested. Salad and pasta bar was full and the dining area was clean. (Adult buffet was $9.99)
