I’ve always been at this Cici’s and never had an issue since it was the cheaper buffet back in the day. However, something different about the visit I had on 12/07/2025 with Josselyn and Jackie had me in awe. I placed what I thought would be an in-store experience but from the cashier’s perspective, which I believe was Josselyn based on the receipt, thought I was just placing a togo order which I don’t fault anybody in this situation because I didn’t verbally say I wanted to do the buffet. It’s the way all employees/manager handled the situation and they were very professional and nice about it via my sister’s conversation with Ms. Jackie. I don’t remember the other cashier’s name but I did noticed that before my situation occurred she was sweeping at one point, then she stopped doing that task. After greeting and speaking with a customer that had just walked in she ended up having to step up and take the initiative to handle that customer because Josselyn was busy handling my situation while a different employee was taking a togo order over the phone. So whoever she was is amazing! She also ended up having to speak with me as well because I was “picking up” my order and that’s how she entered the situation. But 10/10 I will always be back at this location and the way everyone handled the situation made me feel more comfortable and valuable as a customer. Thank you 3 ladies for handling this nicely and Ms. Jackie your attitude with having to handle the situation was very respectful and professional of you, thank you for making my son’s first experience a great one.

Called in a pretty good size order. Went to pick it up and the young girl at the front desk mumbled. I had to ask her three times on three separate occasions what she was saying. The other girl at the front didn’t get her head out of her phone.Service was just not what it used to be.

I’m only writing this review because me and my family went recently just to find out they now charge for 15 month old baby’s I thought it was a joke but there was a young manager that day that thought it was funny and smiled the whole time as the girl charged me. they’re use to be a really good Hispanic manager in charge that had one of the best service’s ever since the pizza isn’t as great as it used to be. So moving forward this won’t be a top pick mainly because they charge to babies

I haven’t been to this cicis in years…. And boy has it changed! It was very clean, the food was hot and plentiful, and the staff was very friendly! We loved how they had someone walking around cleaning the tables and picking up your unused plates. This is the best location that we’ve been to. We had a great experience here. They even had a huge game room!! We will definitely be coming back.

2025 update: This is still the cleanest Cici’s pizza I have ever visited. There are table bussers, which set the level of cleanliness. I will ding them a star because now they charge extra for a crustless pizza. There is no signage, so if you ask, you are told that you have to pay extra. They are back to self-service for the pasta and salad bar.

Janet (server with red hair) had an absolutely disgusting attitude towards my family. We were there to celebrate my nephews birthday but didn’t even end up celebrating because Janet was running her mouth to all her co-workers about my mother all because we had a owala water bottle sitting on the table. We tried explaining we had water in there for my nephew because we does not drink soda or juice but she said she didn’t care and that they don’t allow outside drinks. She might have thought she was whispering but we heard everything.

The employees are always happy, so the service is Always Great They all need a raise .
My husband was offered a drink while he waited for his $2 worth of cinnammon rolls, other places expect you to spend on a meal before they can offer you a free drink, so happy this place is in our neighborhood, thank you for being so thoughtful of others PS. Their cinnammon rolls are the best.

It’s been a long time since I last visited Cici’s Pizza. I am glad I came back, referring specifically to this location, because the service and the food was amazing. They had a great variety of pizzas and desserts to try.
