Food taste good. Cool spot but it did get packed and loud quick.
What stands out most is his ability to handle any situation calmly and effectively, always finding solutions and supporting the team. It’s clear that he truly cares about both the people and the quality of service provided.
His dedication and excellence set a great example for others!
Upon entering the restaurant, I was asked if I wanted to dine-in or takeout. My request was to dine-in and also requestd a water, as I do not drink soda/pop. I was charged $10.81 for the adult buffet. After completing the transaction, I was not given a cup for the water. The manager told me, “we don’t have water cups. You either have to buy a cup or buy bottled water”. It was at this point I requested a refund.
I left shocked and appaled that this is being established in my neighborhood. This notice is not advertised on TV, published anywhere in the restaurant, and not emplemented at any other location north of the Lancaster, TX location.
It would be shocking to imagine Cici’s Pizza sanctioning such predatory activities being labeled as “company policy”.
*They now Force Customers to Buy Bottled Water from them.
*They have also Removed the Water tap option from the soda fountain.
(feel free to call them to verify that this is true)
Unacceptable.
This Now will Unnecessarily Cost Families with groups of children Noticeably More Money – Just For Water, which just a few months ago used to be on tap there for free, and Always had been free there – like most restaurants have available to their Paying Customers.
*Please Stop Shortchanging Your Community in this way – it is especially Unfair to Families and people with more limited money resources.
…So, for the time being, I recommend to Customers who do not want to be forced to pay – just to drink water with your meal …. to just simply Bring in Your Own Water Bottle or Cup. (fortunately the staff there is ok with that)
*plus you can also add ice to your own water cup there, at the soda fountain.
(I dined in there on 12/03/2025)
