I came here because this is what my grandson wanted. We were greeted with a warm hello and a smile as we walked through the door. The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. However, this restaurant is not clean at all. I had to ask them to clean the drink area. I understand this is a self-service dining experience, for the most part, it is my opinion that they should be checking for cleanliness periodically. I do want to report that a young lady did begin to clean, after I asked kindly.

CiCI’s is amazing buffet style pizza place. They are wonderfully creative pizzas constantly made hot and fresh all day long.
I love that I try like 8 different kinds of pizzas when I visit and they are all so good.
Staff is always friendly and keeps the place clean.

Haven’t been to this particular Cicis in a few years (I live in Dallas) but it is by far the best pizza around. It was good before but excellent now. Really nice staff, too, btw. INCREDIBLY CLEAN! Seriously, the bathroom was so clean, I almost felt guilty going. If you haven’t been in a while, try them again. Great job guys.

Now that they have that arcade section I feel like everything has gone down hill, got food poisoning after eating there too. It used to be good now im not heading back maybe wait it put for a year or two and hope who ever made my food before moves somewhere else so I dont hace to deal with that unfortunate events again

This location is extremely clean!! Staff was very nice and respectful and when they were low on a pizza they replaced it quickly with no wait time mind you it was really busy so they did amazing!!! The pizza was also very tasty and affordable buffet!!! 10/10 I highly recommend this location!!!

Best cicis. Great service. Quick. Clean. Staff is welcoming and very helpful ready to make anything if it’s not already set out. Only downside is it’s a smaller place.

The pizza was well topped full of ingredients. The main leader behind the counter was very friendly smiling very responsive. He looked you in the eye and was very concerned with making sure that your requests were met. I really appreciate feeling like my need for wanted and taken care of. My son enjoyed it here a lot and the food was great. Everything was nice and clean and it was a great experience.

Had a lunch buffet here. They have many varieties of pizza incase if you can’t find something you like they make custom pizzas with your choice of toppings and sauce. But not much to choose on dessert. Buffet includes soups and salad but they weren’t that great. Pizza was average. However it’s worth the price ..if you like to have pizza for cheap it’s worth to try this place. Also, it would be great if the front desk could greet the customers well. I asked for some information but the lady at the front desk was not knowledgeable enough.. Luckily, I got help from another staff.

Loved the pizzas, though we are vegetarian, we still could enjoy their spinach pizza and cheese pizza along with bread sticks and cinnamon rolls. Pasta was okay, the salad was good. Its a very pocket friendly buffet!
