The staff was really nice and willing to make whatever I wanted. The food was pretty decent for the price. The price is very reasonable. The atmosphere was good. The TV was pretty loud but I think many folks like to watch it. They have games for the little ones. Overall it is pretty cool.

Pizza is good and fresh. The people who make it though…..oh boy.
Keep in mind, I didn’t ask for them to make anything, I just asked when they would make another alfredo pizza cause the one that was out had some pepperoni on it and I can’t eat it. A lady comes out and says dead to my face there isn’t pepperoni on it. When I said otherwise, she Immediately turned around and threw her hands up and threw a fit.
Again, I was not asking for them to make another one, just if they were gonna make one anytime soon. Manager was nice about it, but he didn’t seem to understand how bad it is an employee didn’t care about cross contamination of food. They made the pizza anyway, so that lady just threw a fit for no reason and a few minutes after, the buffet gets cleaned out after more customers arrived.
So yeah, good pizza, clean place, bad employees making the pizza. The other employees were very nice.

I’m a regular customer i always go there with my family yesterday when i was there the employee was so rude , i was asking for cheese pizza and she ignored me more than 2 times and after 3 minutes she said : you are not going to pay for the extra adult !! I was what?!? I said i’m the only one eating with the kids ! And my wife getting food for the kids ! Anyway i paid for the extra adult just to stop this rude behavior and after that my kids were trying to get pizza and one of the employees act so rude about it and told them to use another fork/knife to take the pizza !
You should pay more attention about how you are treating your customers ! Customers are not money bags !! Either you treat us in a good way or we will go other place !

The atmosphere was great, but food was a disappointment to the point that I lost my appetite. I ordered 10 piece wings from there and when I gave a bite, the chicken felt slightly raw and it had a brownish color from the inside. I had to talk to the manager so I could have a refund for the wings which thankfully I did had a refund just for the wings. I really don’t recommend anyone to buy wings from this location.

Went to get some Spinach pizza on 1/22/26 to have some comfort food during the bad weather. The Spinach pizza was disgusting, it was soooo salty and gooey. It was so gross that we couldn’t even eat it smh. It didn’t taste like cicis Spinach pizza. I will never go to this location again.

Had the opportunity to go to this location on a Sunday. The staff was extremely pleasant and very warm and receptive as we walked in. Biggest issue for me was the lack of actual pizza. This was not a busy day by all means so I didn’t understand why not even a simple pepperoni pizza wasn’t available. It was to the point where when one pizza was ready and they announced it was on the counter it was a race to get to the pizza first. Felt like the hunger games here. Not sure if this is managements fault or maybe it was just a lazy Sunday for them. But all in all there was just no sense of urgency here to ensure customer satisfaction.

Not very much of pizza selection. Some not fresh. Loud squeaking ear piercing noise from kitchen, had to move to opposite side of dining area. Experienced better time and pizza in evenings with teens working than adults at lunch today.

I had one of the worst experiences at Cicis. First off, someone was smoking inside the restaurant, and no one seemed to care or ask them to stop. On top of that, when I went to grab a slice of pizza, there was one with no cheese or sauce—just plain, dry dough sitting there. I understand it’s a buffet, but this was ridiculous. Definitely not coming back anytime soon.

Cameron Brown was very kind and the cook Courtney was helpful to make our order perfect plus Tim,Kevin and George where always on point in keeping the restaurant clean and having the dishes clean for us Customers . Will definitely recommend and come back again!!!!!!
